I personally believe that someone your age should not be using anything yet. I think that you inherit facial features from both your parents (my father had bad eye bags and I am seeing them now). Some creams tend to age you before your time or you are wasting your money as they don't work. My advice, be careful with any product for anti-aging.

I bought this at the recommendation of Sephora's advice to help correct dark circles that were starting to appear. This product does seem to help with that. And it may be helping to firm up the skin under my eyes too. I'm 44, and given your age, it would probably help stave off wrinkles as well...but I have to say that probably so would many products out there. I don't think this is an exceptional product.
Great that you're considering skincare BEFORE you see the signs of aging!

Yes! With continued use! I have been using it now for 2 weeks and have noticed a marked improvement in the wrinkles around my eyes! I am 43. So I do believe it will help you! Give it a shot. If it doesn't work, Sephora is great with exchanging for something else.

Question
Has anyone noticed a difference is eyelash health?
I'm looking for an eye cream to moisturize and strengthen my eyelashes, so anything else the eye cream can do would just be bonus. I realize there are eyelash serums for growth, but I'm not worried about growing more lashes, so much as I'm concerned with preserving and treating what I already have. Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

This product is not targeted fro eyelash health.I have not seen an eye cream that steates it conditions the lashes? Not thus far, at least? However, I do know of other options for lash condtionining. 1st) Kate Sommerville makes an eye make-up remover which is alos made to condition your lashes. It is not meant to "grow" lashes, but care for the lashes you have by conditionining them well. 2nd) Josie Maran's Argan oil is excellent for EVERYTHING including hydrating the eye area , it was clinically proven (by sceintists) to decrease "COURSE AND FINE LINES AROUND THE EYE AREA." The argan oil contains essential fatty acids (EFA) and vitamin E that our body needs and craves....it conditions our lashes, too! Josie Maran makes an argan oil based cleanser to wash the face (2 types now!) which would condition your lashes upon washing your face/eye area.I am sorry I do not know of an eye crea that conditions lashes....becuase most eye creams would sting if they goit nmear the eye area (bit not argan oil sicne it is pure essentail fatty acids that occur naturally in our body anyway). But if argan oil gets in the eye, it will be blurry for a minute. Hpe that helps. I am a skin care junkie who has tried almost everything...and I wish I was kidding.

I don't think this is targeted for that...plus, it might be irritating if it gets in your eyes. I put it on my upper lids once and woke up with my eyes red... so i believe this is just for what it says it does... i think you should try to look for a product that is targeted for lash growth and save your money on this one.

I didn't notice a difference in eyelash health or growth because I was careful not to apply the eye cream near my lashes. I already use RapidLash on my brows and lashes so I would apply the RapidLash first, wait for it to dry, then apply eye cream.
