Yes. Good for younger skin. I can see a difference even though I have young skin.

Depends on need. I love clarins but this may not be right for you yet. I would go with the Clarins Hydraquench cream (I love) or Philosphy Dual Action Restoring cream (I love also). I am a big believer in having a few varying creams on hand so you can adjust according to skins needs. Sometimes I want something lighter and sometimes I want to be encouraged by nice thick wrinkle busters! DO start using eye creams, 30 is time!!!

Hi sosomoto. A good rule of thumb when layering skincare products is to go thinnest to thickets. Serums and treatments would be applied before moisturizers and creams. Hope that helps!

Question
Any breakouts with this?
I tried this product about 5 years ago and found it too heavy and greasy,

Now my skin has dry patches (am 31 and living in a frigid climate) but I still have small acne bumps so I am wondering if I should give it a try again as my skin has changed? Am thinking about buying it with the serum skin renewal from clarins- any advice?

If you have acne bumps I don't think you should use a serum because that will clog your pores more. When I use this cream I only use it on my cheeks or if I see any other dry areas on my face.

I have normal skin, occasionally dry in the winter time. I have been using this product for a month now and I haven't had any breakouts! It's not heavy on your skin and it doesn't clog your pores. I would definitely recommend a serum to go with your cream.

Question
Does this product contain glycolic acid?
I have used anti-aging products in the recent past that contain glycolic acid and my skin does not react well to it, in face it burned it. I got this product as a free sample. It smells great but I want to know what it contains prior to using it (and potentially buying the product).

I checked the listed ingredients on the box the jar came in and it doesn't contain glycolic acid. The only "acid" listed is sorbic acid.

Both are safe for combination skin types but the Korres will be more brightening and the Clarins will address anti -aging for wrinkles.

Question
Can this product inactivate Retinol when used together?
I have read that certain ingredients like AHAs (glyolic and lactic acid), BHAs (salicylic acid), ascorbic acid (the acidic form of Vitamin C), and benzoyl peroxide can inactivate Retinol. The 2 ingredients in the Clarins cream I am concerned about effecting the Retinol are the Kiwi Extract and the Sorbic Acid. I am trying to figure out how to incorporate retinol into my nightly process (just started to use PTR Retinol Fusion PM) but I love this night cream so I would hate to give it up! Thanks!
