The package states that the eye shadows total 0.18 oz so there is quite a bit of product. And since you only need to use a little, this should last a long time. Good buy!

They are larger than a dime. They are more like a quarter or a bit larger. They also are rounded and project a bit off out of the container. There is a lot of product. This is a great value. The shadows have a great color consistency and really pay off.

Hi,

These are baked shadows, so they're domed shaped, not flat. They're about the size of a quarter. They'll last a relatively long time.

Hope this helps.

They are larger, a little bigger than a quarter, and the color is so rich I think they will last quite awhile. They are like curved domes of eyeshadow, not just flat pots.

Question
Are these colors neutral enough to wear during the day?
I am quite young, so I want to be able to wear a eyeshadow that isn't TOO strong, just enough so it brightens the eyes, and shows I am wearing eye shadow.

I wear these to work all the time. I stick to the 3 lightest shadows though and only use the darkest one as a liner.

answer 2
Absolutely - use the lightest shade over your entire eye and you can trace a little line near your lashes with the brown or the cinnamon with a flat angle brush. The second lightest shade isn't very dark either and looks very natural. The biggest thing to remember is that you can put just about any eyeshadow on as long as you blend, blend, blend. Have fun - this is the time of your life to experiment and see what works for you.

Definitely yes. Obviously you'd want to stick with the lighter colors; use the lightest as a base and then the second lightest on your lids. It will just brighten your eyes without being too dramatic.

answer 5
Absolutely!! These powders go on like silk, and the best way I can describe it, is that it like a dance of colors blended together in a dance, not one out doing the other. Does that help?? The darkest brown, using just a touch, blends right into the crease of the eye for a little more night time drama, or can be toned down by mixing the lightest color over it. The primer seems to be the essential element with the mixing.

I wear these colors during the day, and I am known among my friends for being very natural with my makeup. I don't even wear foundation. I love these shadows for during the day, and they are versatile enough to wear at night too. For evening, I just build the coverage to create a more saturated color.

I think if you stick with the two lighter shades and use the darkest as a liner, it would be neutral enough. Personally, I like the dark copper color because I don't like it to be too bland, so you might want to avoid that one, except for special occasions.

They look shimmery, but when I put the primer on, you get a light, natural look. It's almost like you aren't wearing make-up, but enhancing the natural color of your own beautiful eyes. I think if you wore them wet (which I haven't tried) they might come out more shimmery, but they are definately not your typical shimmery. They are professional enough to wear if you are a CEO and want that soft, clean look, but if you add the dark color, they are perfect for that "special" date. Honestly, this is the first time I've tried them, and I have tons of eyeshadows, and I have fallen in love with this pallette. If it helps, I have dark, dark brown eyes, and these colors soften my whole eye look. I guess I would call it a soft doe look. It truley brings out my inner beauty, not my eyeshadow.

Yes, they are shimmery.
I don't remember where it was made, because I returned it. I want to say it was made in either Italy or Germany though. I try to stay away from made in China cosmetics if possible.

Personally, I use this much more than the Naked palette and the too faced palettes that I have. The color pay off is better, there's not a lot of fall out, and the colors just look better on my skintone.

The two faced and urban decay palettes are larger and more shadows. This one only 4 nice smaller palette has 4 colors that are all shimmer depends what look you want to create. The dark brown has shimmer but not too much so i can use that as a matte color.

They're totally different. This palette is super super ultra shimmery and soft, so I wouldn't recommend these for day-time looks, unless you practiced some serious moderation. It does look awesome for night though. Good luck!

I went into the store to only buy the top right shade but walked out spending almost the same amount of money I would've spent and got 3 more shades and a primer. I LOVE it and use atleast 2 every single day.

No. = ( I asked the sales girl at the store and she said that the only "baked" colors available individually are the bronzers. Not the eyeshadows. I hated buying the set and not being able to remove each color. But I didn't want to cut off my nose to spite my face, as these colors - all of them - are amazing. You won't regret purchasing the set.

How do these shades compared to the croc palette?
colors on the little black and the croc palette seem very similar on my monitor screen, except the lightest shade on croc seems lighter. Redundant to get both?

Get this one if you're strapped for cash. This one is better IMO. If you have money to spare, get both. If I had the money, I'd get everything Lorac has to offer in the eye dept.

I had the 'croc' palette and now have the 'little black' one. Yes it would be redundant to get both but not because they are the same - they're not- totally different colours in each. I highly recommend the croc palette though it is not as amazing-looking in the set - not so sparkly for example. The second lightest colour -Serenity- is fantastic and I also bought that one separately when the orig. in the croc palette was finished. Loved the overall look on my eyes using that palette of shades. I didn't use the blush that comes with it. 5 out of 5 for the croc. Re. the little black palette - more gorgeous to look at but got to give it 4 or 4.5 out of 5 re/ overall eye look. Great for evening! I do love this one - but it is quite different than the croc. Showier but trickier to apply well - esp. re/ the darkest shade for some reason. But I do recommend both - just not at the same time because they both primarily feature shades of brown-related tones though they are quite different!
