Yes, I was wondering the same thing too because I have extremely sensitive skin with rosacea that is dry, but with breakouts as well, and wanted to know if the baby one was even better for sensitive skin. The regular LaVanilla face block was ok, but if I used it too often (twice a day), my rosacea would flare. I tested this many, many times with no other changes to my skin care, and it always happened. I do think the regular block is great for sensitive skin, but for me, I can only use it once a day and cannot reapply before walking out of the office for lunch.
As the ingredients do appear to be pretty much the same, the only other thing I would take into consideration would be that the baby block is cheaper per ounce. I might give it a try just because of that.
