Not worth the $$$$. If anything, it made my hair oily and I couldn't wait to wash it out of my hair, because as the day went on,my hair looked like a greasy mess! i've tried it a few times and it just doesn't work. Go to the drugstore and buy the product that costs 1/4 of the price and works so much better! the only positive thing I can say about the product is...it smells great. Bottom line...I'm out $24! BTW...my hair is normal/fine.

This shampoo is great to touch up when you don't have time to wash your hair. It works to revive flattened hair and seems to take away any evidence of oily hair. No feeling of a spray or product residue when you wash your hair the next day.

In my personal use of the product, I did not enjoy it. I did not feel it absorbed extra oil in my hair and I felt I had to use WAY more of it, than other products from other companies.

Personally, I like the feeling of thicker, little grittier, hair, which this product did not deliver for me.

I would recommend Rock-a-holic dry shampoo, Big and Sexy volumizing dry shampoo, or Aveda hair potion.

I use a lot of dry shampoos, and this one actually smells the best. Fresh, similar to lemon verbana. It's only similarity to Lemon Pledge us that it does smell like lemon as well.

Try Rene Furterer. It will really refresh your hair after a workout and make it look clean. This one smells better (with both the smell only is present when spraying, and goes away fast) but I dont think it really make the hair look any diffrent. Both would work for Brown or Blonde.

Hi, I don't know about cross-country running, but after a workout for me this does not work at all. It actually seems to add greasiness if you can believe it. I'm blond like you, and I would actually recommend the normal Oscar Blandi dry shampoo (you can find it at http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P147937&categoryId=C21156 ) or the spray version of the original (at http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P193725&categoryId=C21156 ). The white powder doesn't show as much on our blond hair, and if you wait a little then brush your hair out, you should be fine and your hair should look pretty clean. Good luck!

The color of your hair does not matter. I had my hair darker when I forst purchased it at the store in Downtown Disney. I then had my hair lightened to blonde and it still worked just as well with not white flakes in it. Even after washing my hair there were no white flake build-up's which sometimes happen. I believe cross-country running or any tyoe of work-out this spray would work great for a one time use afterwards. It has a great scent and the volumizing part to the spray is an added bonus. I am not sure if they sell it in all stores however I am assuming it would be a staple product since many magazines are even giving it all the praise. I naturally have thick hair that I color ( high light ) every few months and to be honest I don't shampoo that often which is why I use dry shampoo. The only thing I cannot get out of dry shampoo is volume with my thick hair unless I go to the salon, which adds up quit a bit after a while. My question is will Pronto Invisible Volumizing Dry Shampoo Spray work on my thick hair to give it volume between washings? My thought is this - you will probably not get volume from any dry shampoo. Think of it this way. When your hair has your natural oils on it and then you are spraying a product to absorb the oils, you cannot do anything but add some weight to it, which is the opposite effect. The only thing that will give you volume at that point is hair spray and/or a bit of teasing.

I've gotten a good amount of volume from this. If you don't have a major problem with oil, it would be good to spruce it up a bit. I also have medium thickness highlighted hair, but mine gets pretty oily and I wasn't super pleased with this.

Not really a great volumizing dry shampoo. I really only spray enough for the roots, so I don't spray much on the hair itself. May be it's not a good judgment. Rene furterer naturia dry shampoo is also very good but a little pricier. See if oscar works, if not i would go with Rene.

If you color your hair, then this product is perfect because it sprays on clear. As far as the volume, I have pretty thick, straight hair and it takes a lot to create volume and more importantly, LEAVE volume in my hair and Oscar Blandi pronto did it for me.

I find that dry shampoo is great for hiding greasy roots between washes. As far as real volume - I have long hair that is medium thickness and I have never noticed a real volume boost. My friends with very fine hair use dry shampoo for volume, but not me. Sephora does sell a GREAT volumizing product by Living Proof. It is a cream you put in wet hair before styling. I have noticed signifigant volume with this.

I have thick hair as well. One trick I read about that seems to be working is to use a blow dryer after you spray it which really seems to lock it in and lets me know if I need more. I tend to use those days to put my hair back or (like yesterday!) flat iron it and go with the straighter look.

Yes it should work fine because you concentrate on the roots. My hair is curly too & I suggest you use a non-lathering / stripping shampoo. Hydration is key so use a good conditioner & non-alcoholic styling products.

I use the Oscar Bland's Pronto Loose Dry Shampoo at nite so it absorbs the soil and oil while I'm sleeping. You will wake up with clean hair and no white powder is left. Then you can dry style or simply reactivate your curls with OB Protein Mist. It is a non greasy light detangler and defizzer.

It's not as bad as other spray dry shampoos. THe directions do state to wash the nozzle with warm water if it does clog. I haven't had to do this yet (granted I've only had it for a week), but cleaning with warm water doesn't seem like much work.

I know what you're talking about. I can't stand that too. This dry shampoo doesn't do that, BUT I do have to mention that I have the small bottle (1.4 oz) so maybe that's why I haven't had that problem of clogging while there's alot of product in there. And also, this dry shampoo sprays very clean and smooth; it doesn't make a mess like other dry shampoos that spray the product out and squirt product everywhere.

This hasn't happened to me, but I haven't used up the whole can yet. The texture isn't powdery, it's the same texture as a hairspray, so I doubt it would clog the nozzle.

It does. As long as u dry ur hair from the sweat first then spray it on ur hair, brush a little then u r good to go. That's what I did! The shampoo is targeting on oil on ur scalp, not the sweat, so remember to pat dry or if u have time, blow dry ur hair a little before u spray. It keeps ur hair fresh all day.

I use this in the mornings after I work out. The trick I try to use is I make sure my face and hair are as dry as possible after my shower, spray the product, massage it in and use a blow dryer to "set it". So far it seems to be working - and I have thick hair - but I sometimes just use those days for a ponytail, pulling my hair back or flat ironing it (like yesterday). I hope this helps.

it really just matters that the shampoo and conditioner you are usuing are specially formulated for keratin treated hair as most shampoos and conditioners strip the treatment from your hair. MAKE SURE TO GET A SPECIALTY KERATIN FORMULA ON A BEAUTY SITE LIKE THIS OR SALLYBEAUTY.COM.

Styling products are washed out and don't strip your hair of anything and this is just sprayed on like hairspray and washes out so its not damanging. My hair is also keratin treated and I use whatever products I want I just make sure to splurge on good Keratin shampoos and conditioners. :)

I've used it since my keratin treatment and it hasn't seemed to alter the effects. It doesn't have sulfates, which is the main thing you're supposed to avoid. I didn't like this specific dry shampoo though.

Since my experience was that it did NOTHING time in and time out, I am tempted to say that it's the same as water. But, the ingredients on the can are include: butane, alcohol, propane, silica, starch, rice proteins, and perfume. Not sure if that helps or not, but if not then the customer service is really great.

This product leaves my hair soft and shiny with some extra volume. Definitely doesn't feel like hair spray where by hair is sticky and not touchable

No I can't say it makes my hair rough. It feels denser but still manageable. I have no problem putting my hands or hairbrush through it, but I don't use much if any product in my hair

No, you really can't feel this at all in your hair. It definitely doesn't leave your hair feeling rough or sticky. It takes no time to dry and is pretty much undetectable. It just gives your hair the volume it would have if it were clean.

This product absolutely DOES NOT leave your hair feeling rough. In fact, my hair usually feels silky and smoother than it does on the first day of clean hair!

Not really on my hair which is very thick and heavy, but I may not be using enough, because sometimes I feel it does not absorb enough oil. I spray it leave for a couple minutes and then run a brush through it and it's been very manageable.

It CAN give lots of volume & workability to fine hair, but thats because it adds a sort of coating on it- If you have brunette hair, it may make your hair look greasy if you use too much.

I can see using this hair for teasing, an updo, or any hair style involving some sculpting, but not for getting volume on just straight hair.

Warning: I thought using this would help my hair look clean on a greasy day, it does NOT give that effect, but i have very dark hair...might work for blondes?

Yes! Maybe not as much as a drugstore brand might, but I think a lot of the body imparted by a drugstore brand comes from all of the residue left behind. This spray leaves a clean, residue-free head of hair, with a fair amount of body.

no it doesn't. it says it will help with dirty hair, but it seems heavy like it will weigh down your fine hair even more. i wouldn't use it. i hated the product.
