answer 1
actually... I use both, but not together.... Elnett is great for a more "finished" style.... Living Proof is more for movement and shine.

It's not quite as firm as Elnett, but it works really well with blocking humidity and holding the style!

I've tried Loreal Elnett hairspray and I believe that Living Proof is far superior. I think it's the very best!

I was using Elnet before using this product. I can now find Elnet at Kroger grocery store and also CVS. Back to the point of this review: this Flexible Hold Hair Spray is very similar to the Elnet, but it's lighter. What makes it different is that it helps keep the frizz away and gives my hair shine while keeping soft.

I think Elnet and Living Proof are comparable but Living proof has less hold. Elnet is available at CVS as well. Elnet is a better product and less expensive than Living Proof.

Better than Elnett which smells like old lady. You'll definitely love this hairspray. Elnett has a more intense hold with the first go over so add another layer of living proof to match the hold. This is also just as easy to comb out at the end of the day.

I also use Elnet and Living Proof hairspray is not comparable at all. With elnet you can brush through and restyle - Living Proof is stiff, sticky and hard when sprayed and has a terrible overwhelming fragrance.

I have personally never tried that brand before, so I can’t speak to a comparison. I will say that I have a collection of so called “humidity blocking” hairsprays that make my hair look wet and stiff have a light spray. This product does not do that. I strongly recommend it.

I travel frequently to the UK and have used Elnet since I first heard about it in the US. Both products are very similar. I have long naturally curly hair that I blow dry straight and then curl with a curling iron. Depending on the length and style of hair, I believe, is the key to this product working for you or not. Both hairsprays did not hold up and left my hair limp by mid day. If you are going for cost, go with Elnet, if you are going for convenience, go with Living Proof.

Try the travel size Living Proof hairspary. You'll love it so much that you will go back and buy the large one. I did!
