I used to use the skin tone corrector, but I didn't find that it worked well on dark spots. That's why I switched to the Dark Spot Corrector.

The way i explain it to customers is that its a more effective version of Even Better. EBC works faster and more effectively. Its still just as gentle as the original, but you'll see more results with the clinical strength.

Yes, I do believe so. I bought mine at a Clinique counter and the lady warned me to wear sunscreen daily as it has a retinol.

I can't say if it has Retinol. I can say that my skin is VERY sensitive and easily irritated. This product does nothing to irritate my skin, which Retinol does.

I use two pumps to cover my whole face, is that too much?

The consultant at the counter advised me to use it on the entire face, not only on the spots or areas you want corrected.

If you need two pumps to cover the amount of area you want, then its totally fine! Just be sure to let the lotion sink into your skin and you really only need a thin layer. The only issue of using two pumps instead of one means you'll be using up the bottle faster.

There is no hydroquinine in this product. The ingredient I suspect that helps fade dark spots is the turmeric, which is a popular remedy in India for discoloration.

It is not hydroquinine, it has many natural ingredients and I can't tell what is the actual exfoliator.

My understanding is that it is only for face - but it may work on hands as well. I have been using it on my face for a couple of years now and it does work, but takes a little while to show results (when they say 4-6 weeks they're not joking). However it's pretty gentle, so I would say keep using it until it's gone, and if there are no results after the said time period, then don't purchase it again. Hope that helps!

Although it's a face project it should work for your hands. You do have to give it 3 months before it says it will completely work.

It's really light and doesn't contain harsh ingredients, so I'm pretty sure even someone "with child" could use it.
