Yes you can replace the battery. You unscrew a screw with a quarter and it comes open and you can pull the battery out and replace it. The battery compartment is hidden where the compact wo mirrors meet and swivel apart.

The batteries are definitely replaceable. Use a quarter to unscrew the battery compartment (remember "left-y loose-y"); and you may have to tap the opposite end to dislodge it. Take the battery to your neighborhood hardware store to pick out the correct 12v battery.

YES, ITS ONLY ONE BATTERY

it is very bright it hurts my eyes at times making it quite difficult to apply mascara but it works fabulously for seeing all of the little hairs that need to be plucked.

Really bright but the mirror is a great size and slim, will be very useful even without light!

In a room with florescent lighting when I open the mirror it blinds me for a second. I can't look directly at any of the lights but it definitely adds more than enough light for touch ups even in a well lit room

Yes, I have pulled the battery out and looked at it, it's an odd looking battery like the diameter of a AAA battery but really short, kind of like some camera batteries

Yes the battery can be changed. However, the batteries are 23A 12V. I found them on Amazon but haven't seen them in store. And its super easy to change.

its the size of a normal compact mirror fits in your hands very easily. the lights tend to go out, you have to keep messing with the angle to keep it on.
