Fairly small -- maybe an inch? However, the shadow pan seems deep enough and a little goes a long way with this shadow.

It's a rounded skull shape and not the easiest to measure. The length is 1.5 inches from top to bottom. On the top part of the skull, which is the biggest and widest part, its 1 inch. In the thinnest part, it narrows to 1/2 an inch. Then on the bottom, it widens back out to 3/4th of a inch. I'm not sure exactly how deep it is because I haven't used it that deep yet. Hope that helps.

It's decent-sized- about the size of an elongated quarter. I've only had it for a few weeks, so I hope it doesn't turn out to be super shallow like some of the "larger" containers with which other brands have tricked me.

I have not seen a palette with killer candy in it. if you look on the tokidoki page on sephora then you click on palettes, it says the colors in the palettes. I did not see killer candy on any. I know if your willing to spend a little QVC has a pack with brushes for like 50 something dollars.

Probably not. Usually a brand won't put a color you can buy alone for less money in a palette for more money. It is possible that the color is very similar, though. You're better off buying the color alone so that you know you're buying what you want.

I've got blue eyes and love the way the Killer Candy purple looks. I go pretty generous with it and line with black, and whereas you might think the purple wouldn't jive with the blue, I've been told many times now that it makes my eyes pop and brings out the blue.

I recommend using a brush, not your finger, for more precise application. This shadow is rather soft-packed and very richly pigmented.

If applied with a brush - color tends to be more sheer wash.
If applied with finger - color tends to be more pigmented and has a buffed shimmery quality. Nice that Tokidoki gives different application finishes in one eyeshadow.

In all honesty, this shadow doesn't go on well even with a brush! It feels smooth to the touch, but the pigment is just really lacking. Try a pencil brush that enables you to really pack on the color in small bursts.

all eyeshadow can be applied with the fingers but you will never get the color pay off that you would if you used a brush. I recommend using a brush over your fingers... you will be surprised about how great it will look. Any brush will do... you don"t have to go out and buy a $20 dollar brush

answer 5
I suggest using a makeup brush because the shadow is somewhat soft. If you use your fingers it is going to transfer oils into the eyeshadow, which will build up over time and mess up the makeup. Plus this keeps any germs that are on your fingers away from your eyes. If you don't have many brushes, the best way to keep them clean between washing times and available for using with many colors is to swipe them over a terrycloth towel back and forth until you no longer see color. It only takes a few seconds!

answer 6
Sure you can use your fingers! The container is a little bit larger then most and the shape is certainly different, but you can get your fingers in there with no issues. I own a few of these and most of them are pretty sheer, so you may want to use a brush or other kind of applicator, or a primer if you use that kind of product.

the shades with a finish like "Romeo" are incredibly pigmented and blend super well. these are satin-y and feel smooth on your lid. ones like "Bastardino" with glitter are a little chunkier and blend well also. they both stick to your lid like no other. make sure to use a good primer! i use stay dont stray by benefit.
