Le 2 de Guerlain Volumizing Mascara, the most innovative two-brush mascara on the market, has two polymers that replace traditional waxes for a dramatic, intense result. The first polymer has spherical balls which wrap lashes for amazing volume and the second polymer allows for maximum coverage without smudging or clumping. In addition, the exclusive main brush has hollow fibers for a multidimensional volume effect and the second foam-tipped wand acts as a "Lash Gloss," coating lashes in rich color and creating captivatingly curled lashes.Size: 0.08 oz / 0.16 oz

answer 1
regular brush - the small brush is like a lacquer to be used at the end

answer 2
The regular brush, the little one adds a "shiny" coat, but it doesn't really do too much. The Sephora rep told me that it "seals" in the mascara...but it does add a little shine to your lashes.

It's not about which end comes first...the end with the smaller brush can be used for those lashes that are hard to get to and for the lower lashes. I often don't even use that end as I rarely put mascara on my lower lid. But it's nice having the shorter/smaller brush to reach the lashes on each end of the top lash line. And to also reach and unruly lashes!

answer 4
First you do the normal mascara brush fist and put two to three coats, then you use the pigment applicator on the other side to darken the tips of your lashes and the outer corners to make your eyes "pop" and give them that extra oomph.

answer 6
Sephora.com says to use the larger one for your toplashes and smaller one for lowerlashes, but I don't like this method because they are completely different formulas and brushes. I use the smaller one to coat my top lashes then use the larger brush to go over it and get all the clumps out. It works so well!

answer 10
The longer brush should be used first. The second shorter brush is the gloss or laquer that should go on last. Don't blink, whatever you do.

Which mascara works best for skimpy short lashes.
I have very skimpy and short eyelashes and most mascara's clump my lashes where it looks awful, so most days I do not use mascara.

This mascara or the same brand but in the gold container should be helpful to you with the clumping issues. A manageable amount of mascara comes out with each pull. Also, you have the other end with this mascara brand which is a smaller brush- easy to reach the shorter lashes and is great for the lower lashes.

answer 3
Guerlain Le 2 de Guerlain Volumizing Mascara would be an excellent mascara for adding volume without a clumpy effect, however if your primary concern is adding length, their original Le 2 de Guerlain Mascara would be a better choice.
