I have never used benefits eye stuff. I would use this; I have oily skin and it works great. Fast absorbing.

I have used both and if you have oily skin I would suggest the Rareminerals eye cream. It does not take alot and it really moisturizes without being greasy.

I haven't tried the Benefit product you're asking about, but I purchased the Rare Minerals eye cream it on August 25. Been using it 2X a day- morning & night - since then so I can share my experience with it so far...
Within seconds of applying it, the skin under my eyes felt refreshed and there was definitely some pretty impressive de-puffing within minutes...! ;) I really don't have any major lines under my eyes to begin with but I've noticed the texture of the skin appears smoother. (However, this may be the work of Philosophy"s Eye Believe, which I got a sample of and used religiously for 3 weeks prior to purchasing the Rare Minerals.)
My philosophy on eye cream & dark circles is that of my dermatologist's - eye creams don't do much,-if even anything at all- for dark circles, so of course no change there. (Check out the results of the consumer study above and find the 2 lowest percentages, 69% and 66%. Surprise Suprise!)
Even in light of the amazing de-puffing factor & the skin soothing & smoothing factors this product isn't moisturizing enough for me AT ALL. I had a hart time applying my under eye primer & my concealer. ALso the makeup under & around my eyes got so cakey and crackley...it was awful!
If you're looking for moisture you may want to try the Benefit or buy at Sephora so you can return!
