Why not light?
This is the second collection that primarily features medium products. I love your lines and would love to use this, but medium erase paste is too dark for me. Please please please consider offering versions in different tones for us palefaces!

I have a very pale complextion. I first received the erase paste as 1 of my 3 free samples and thought it would be way too dark for me. You only use tiny dots of it and the color is good for me. A lighter shade would have given me raccoon eyes. The kit boi-ing 01 is perfect for pale skin also. Blends perfectly.

I'm very light also, and I love this kit!

There's only one product in this kit that is for medium skin and that's the Erase Paste which I still use since it isn't really all that dark. It includes both light and medium shades of Boing, and none of the other products even come in different shades anyway.

Yes!!! This product is amazing for covering up acne, redness, acne scars, dark circles, and other discolorations. I use it every day on my blemishes and it virtually makes them disappear. Mix the two "boing" concealer colors to create your perfect match for your skin and pile it on and blend it in! The erase paste is good for that, too.... just remember it only takes a tiny dab of it to do the job.

That is primarily what I use this kit for, and I think it works pretty well. I find that thicker liquid concealers work best for acne, though. This kit doesn't exactly include that, but as far as cream concealers go it does the trick! All the other products in it, such as the eye brighteners and things are great too! - Worth the buy!

It completly covers any acne I have but I don't really have any just like one every once in a while. I think it's geared more for under eye concealing but this set also contains boing which is an industrial strength concealer which will cover anything. If your acne is red you need to use green cover up and then the boing

Benefit Confessions of a Concealaholic would be an excellent concealing palette for your needs, and is a great value.

Try their Lemon Aid to counteract redness, and then apply Boi-ing on top to conceal fully. By using Lemon Aid first (which is yellow to counteract red) you will be able to use less Boi-ing.

This would also be a good technique for acne scarring, and if you mix "That Gal" brightening face primer with a liquid foundation (apply before concealer) your skin will look more radiant and even.

This kit also has great items for concealing dark circles and highlighting.

Don't be afraid of the medium erase paste, it is lighter than it appears! My skin has always been the most pale shade of any foundation, anywhere! I am a makeup artist and my advice is mix the shades. The darker boiing concealer is actually much much better for pale skin. You never want to use a concealer under your eyes that is too light, it makes you look sickly and like a raccoon. Don't be afraid of the shades, mix and practice!

There's no such thing. They made this in medium because it suits the majority of skintones. I have very light skin and make this work for me. Use a little less of the erase paste, use mainly the 01 of the Boi-ing and you'll be ok.

I actually went to Benefit to ask the same thing, what you see is what you get. The erase paste in no2 was actually too dark for me and I wanted to see I could switch it to no1. No luck. That being said, summer is around the corner and the woman at Benefit did say that you could still use no2, you just need to spend more time blending it in.

Question
Suggestions for using Eye Bright?
My Eye Bright seems very hard and not easy to use. I tried using an angled eyeliner brush but the "cake" was so stiff the brush didn't work on it. I can get product onto my fingertip by pressing very firmly and rubbing it but then it is so firm/thick on my fingertip that I can't get it applied to my eye area. Is this normal?

I found the same, the eyebright is a bit dry. I just use my finger to apply it, it works great for me. You could also mix it with a bit of face cream once its on your finger, it helps spread it around your eyes more evenly I find.

I've found that sometimes the products in these palettes that aren't covered or in a container tend to get a little dry (especially if you lose the plastic insert that covers them). I'm not sure if it's the best thing to do but usually add just a tiny bit of my moisturizer to the brush before using Lemon Aid, Boi-ing, or eye bright and that usually helps a bit..

I had the same concern too but I found a use for eye bright! Take the brush that came with the kit and sweep the brush back and forth in the EB vertically so all that is covered if the very tip of the brush, not the sides. Now DO NOT attempt to line the waterline with the EB. If you want brighter eyes that way, you must use a salmon color bc white looks too unnatural. Apply the eyebright to the inner corners of your eyes and see the difference!!

Does the Erase Paste in this set come with a spatula?
I already own the No. 2 Erase Paste, but I lost my spatula. If this set comes with a spatula, then I'll go ahead and but it ASAP, but if it doesn't, I'll just wait for my Erase paste to run out.

You're probably better off purchasing some of the components of the kit separately. I suggest going to a Sephora and finding a sampler of Erase Paste, to see if Medium will work for you.

Boi-ing probably won't work too well for you unfortunately. It took me forever to blend the two to get the right shade and it was a hassle. Not good unless you've got the time. And I used very little of the Light. Eye bright is a little meh, so you might not even use it.

Good luck!

I really don't think it will, The number 2 Boi-ing Might but the number 1 is way to light (even for me and I look like a ghost :) The erase paste probablly wont work too well either, even though it is medium it seems to work better on fairer skin with my working with it, but you never know with under eyes. If you have a Sephora near you, see if they have a tester of either this product or Boi-ing and Erase Paste and try to compare the color against your skin, that would really be your best bet!!

My complexion is fairly light and the erase paste seems perfect for my skin, however the fact that you can mix the 01 and 02 boi-ing allows you to perfectly match your skin tone. Overall I would say this kit could work for you (especially the face primer, lemon-aid and eye bright), but it wouldn't hurt to go to sephora and try it for yourself (that's what I love about that store).

I think the erase paste will still work for you - it is more of a peachy tone and when blended in can become quite sheer while still brightening. You may, however still need an additional concealor if you have significant darkness under your eyes.
I agre with you concerns for the Boi-ing - the light shade will almost definitely be too light for you. It is a tiny bit light for me (although I can get away with it) and I have fair skin. The darker shade will be a closer match, but I use that one too, so depending on how deep a caramel your skin tone is it could be on the lighter side too.

Pink eyebright under eyes before erase paste??
Ok So...I have super duper dark under eye circles,I know the pink stuff(eye bright) is for using on inner corners, waterline and so on...but my question is,is it possible to use the eyebright under your eye before applying the concealer??? Or would this be bad? Thanks for any response? :)

I'm not sure the eye bright would help that issue because it is so bright, however... when I want to lighten up under my eyes, after applying the erase paste, I use a little bit of the 01 Boi-ing over it. It can cover up even the darkest marks on my face and gives the perfect touch of color under my eyes. Hope this helps :)

Personally, I wouldn't. I think it would get way too cakey. Have you tried any overnight creams instead of makeup? I know Make Up Forever makes some really great concealers and under eye brighteners. I say shop around if you're really concerned. I don't think that the erase paste is great for people with incredibly dark circles.

neutralizing the darkness with the eyebright under the concealer is fine (though, the lemon ade might be better since it is yellow), but if you put too much product, it will crease (use it lightly). I hope I understood your question correctly?
