No. I should say that I am 99.9% positive that you cannot. However, if there is a product that you want and it is not available in the store or is out of stock, an employee will give you a code for free shipping on that item that is good for a week.

YES, you can purchase this in the store! If they are out then they can order it that day and contact you when it is in stock

I don't think so (they don't have the space to handle customer orders thus the web site for online shopping). I do know if the store is out, they will give you a code number to enter online so your shipping is free. You can have your purchase shipped to your job or a family member's home if that is more convienant for you.

No, not for the inner lash line! It runs immediately into the whites of your eyes. This is for the eye lash line only, as all liquid liners are. You need a pencil-type for the inner rim. Try Tarte "emphaseyes." That is my favorite, & I have been through a lot looking for the perfect inner rim liner.

It's great for inner lash line! It doesn't bleed or make your eyes burn like the others do. Also, the felt tip is so fine that you (and not the brush tip) are in total control of where it goes.

No, this product is not all natural/"clean". It contains at least one paraben, methylparaben, and a couple other ingredients that could be of some concern including phenoxyethanol, propylene glycol, and laureth-4. These concerns are mostly because of allergies, immunotoxicity, and irritation. It scores a 4/10 on the Cosmetics Database website, making it a moderate hazard. Although I've switched to almost all "clean" cosmetics, this is one I still continue to keep in my makeup bag despite the hazard because of how long-lasting it is.

I just purchased this in dark brown. Stila really means "DARK brown." It's a beautiful rich, very dark, sable, brown. It dries to that color and is long lasting. The applicator is the best I've tried out of the pen types. I don't think you'll be disappointed in this. I know I will be using this for as long as Stila makes it.

I wouldn't recommend it since it is a liquid consistency. Brands should make a gel nude eyeliner for the waterline, that would be awesome! Unfortunately I don't think this one would work out for that purpose, it could irritate the eyes.

I wouldn't recommend this if you're using it on your water line. But if you're using it just below you could give that a go although, I don't suggest this for lining your bottom. For your water line I'd instead suggest the urban decay 24/7 glide on or the rimmel scandal eyes. They're both pencils but they go on sooo smooth. You shouldn't find a problem.

The color is not as intense, however they both look very good. If you want an extremely bold eyeliner you might try using two coats. The color is very bold anyway so I do not think you will be disappointed that is not SUPER pigmented. I would recumbent ordering the pink one and if you like it then order the blue, as the pink is slightly more pigmented than the blue.

The midnight blue is fantastic! Acts much like the black. The peacock blue has issues. Pretty shade but does not hold up well. I would assume that would also be a problem with the pink.

I too have blue eyes and fair skin. My eye color seems to stand out better when I use a navy blue eye liner or dark brown (NOT black). If you don't have dark circles under your eye, or redness around the eye area, plum is a nice color for blue eyes as well.

If you look up and blink too quickly after applying, the product will transfer to your lids. Wait about 5 seconds to look up and blink . It should be good then. Other than that, it shouldn't be too watery.

answer 5
I find it helped to shake it well before each eye. The formula is a little thin, but I prefer that rather than having it dry out as fast as some of the other pens. To avoid it getting all over your eye or running, I apply a single line to each eye and let it dry. I then go over with a 2nd coat to get the pigment level I want.

When I do this, I don't have any issues with it being too watery, and it applies really smoothly and quickly. Give it about 10 seconds to dry after each coat and you should be fine.
