I would use it on the waterline of your eyes. White eyeliner makes your eyes look bigger.

White eyeliner goes on your waterline. Be careful because it can wind up looking very obvious. A nude eyeliner is better for that wide eyed look.

I like to use it as a thick bold line with a deeper color in a thin line close to the lashes.

I would use it as a highlighter - on your brow bone and inner corners of your eyes. It's easy to blend and soften if you smudge it with your finger while it's still wet.

Can you use this on bottom (waterline)?
I am looking for a good white liner for the bottom waterline... Pencils and crayons get chunky and clumpy between the lashes. Has anyone used this (white version) there?

I wouldn't recommend it since it is a liquid consistency. Brands should make a gel nude eyeliner for the waterline, that would be awesome! Unfortunately I don't think this one would work out for that purpose, it could irritate the eyes.

I wouldn't recommend this if you're using it on your water line. But if you're using it just below you could give that a go although, I don't suggest this for lining your bottom. For your water line I'd instead suggest the urban decay 24/7 glide on or the rimmel scandal eyes. They're both pencils but they go on sooo smooth. You shouldn't find a problem.

Hi, I haven't used the white but I wouldn't recommend using this liquid eyeliner on your water line. It will sting and bleed ink into your eye.

I have the same issue with my Light Turquoise one. What I do is either press the marker tip to the rim of the lid, or try drawing with it on a piece of paper. Putting pressure on the marker should make the ink flow. If that doesn't work, I'd assume its totally dry on the inside and take it back to Sephora and tell them you got a dud.

First, store the liner with the tip side down; second, gently shake the liner before using it. You should hear a little clicking which may be something inside the cap mixing up the liner. I do this and have never had a problem with the tip drying out.

I usually shake the pens before using them. I don't know if this is necessary, but it doesn't seem to hurt the product. It might help get the product flowing. Other than that, I'm guessing the product has dried up.

Question
Good to use for sensitive eyes?
I find some makeup products irritate my eyes pretty easily. I've used a few eyeliners that seem to flake off (esp when using makeup remover) and the bits get into my eye. Does anyone know from experience whether this would be a good product for those of us with sensitive eyes?

Hello there! My eyes are super sensitive as well and I have to say that this eyeliner is simply amazing, give it a try :-)! You could also try another makeup remover if the one you use irritates your eyes! I love the Bi-Facil one, by Lancôme, it leaves my eyes feeling soooo fresh after I take my makeup off!

I also have sensitive eyes which makes it hard to find good eyeliners that won't irritate, and this is one of them. Because it doesn't flake or run off it doesn't bother me at all.

I have very sensitive eyes and skin, but I've never had a problem with this liner. I'd say the main problem would be to get a non-irritating eye makeup remover since it's often not the liner itself that's the irritant.

I'm not SUPER sensitive at my eyes, but my skin is very sensitive in general, and I have no problem with this product.

I use baby oil as a makeup remover - it removes the MOST stubborn stuff and is also dirt cheap compared to commercial removers. Try it out! It's great for sensitive complexions!

answer 6
I use this product solely on the top of my lash line. I have, on rare occasion, added a little of this to the outer corner on my bottom lash line, but I always blended it out with either a dark shadow or gel-formula liner. That is a personal preference, however. Just know that the liner is very precise and I don't find it to be smudgable, so the line you draw is going to be exact.

I would not use this in the waterline. I have accidentally put this liner too close the corner of my eye and the liquid bled into my eye. It didn't sting, but it's not pleasant to see black ink on your eye. I would avoid the waterline, as it would probably bleed into your eye before it dried completely. Hope that helps!

No. Although it says waterproof, if you get a wet q-tip and rub at the liner, it will slowly come off. I recommend for cat eyes or other top lash line styles. Parts of your liner, if applied to the inner/outer areas of your eye, will eventually be removed by the fluids in your eye/tear duct.
