answer 1
The last ones I have purchased did, and I don't particularly like these containers.

I recently (February 2011) ordered both a new foundation and Mineral Veil, and the foundation (the fairly light color) had the click lock, but the Mineral Veil (I got the SPF 25 variety) did not.

They are starting to put the click top on all their products. Not sure which ones have it currently. Keeps the powders from spilling all over when traveling or if you put it in your purse.

Most of them do. I purchased 1 from QVC that didn't but the rest have the small tab that clicks. One of the clicks has broken already :(

I bought an Original Mineral Veil just a few weeks ago, and it did not have the Click-Lock cap. I've found a trick that helps on the mineral veil, which has a tendency to go everywhere. When you first get a new one, instead of peeling the sticker off, poke out a few of the holes with a pin. This way, not all the holes are open, and there is less chance of a powder explosion. I wish they'd put the click-lock cap on everything, including eye-shadows, but for now, that trick helps a lot.

The mineral veil does not have the click, lock and go top. I believe all the new foundations do have this top. I am not 100% sure but pretty certain.

No they are available both ways. I like the new lid but not everyone does.
Saves the mess in the makeup bag or purse.
