I apply Sephora's Instant Moisturizer then this product, my Bare Escentuals powder foundation and finally their powder concealer and it looks perfectly smooth. I would suggest trying it without applying Kinerase and then if that still doesn't work out for you, leave out the eye cream too and use a more basic moisturizer instead if you have one. This product is very, very oily but also needs to dry properly to hold the eyeshadow and concealer you put on in place all day. I can imagine it would get clumpy if applied with too much on underneath. Hope this helps!

I use Stay Don't Stray as an undereye concealer. After toning, I apply serum, then intense moisturizer lightly, then a thin layer of regular moisturizer, then MakeUp Forever primer. After the primer has set, I apply the concealer sparingly with my fingertips underneath my eyes, but before my foundation which I apply with a brush. Are you using too much concealer? Because I think we're using about the same number of products. I don't use a brightener, but that shouldn't make a huge difference. Have you tried playing around with the quantities of product you're using?
Hope this helps!

Ive got bad dark circles no matter how much sleep I get and some fine lines starting to form. Here's my method: collagen elastin moisturizer photo finish primer, stay put primer, erase paste, smash box primer w.dermaxyl then cover girl w.olay foundation. It's a lot of steps but it works relly well together. Tried this process with other conceal ors but the erase paste was the only one that really works.

I have allergies and also have pretty bad undereye circles. I love this product. I have noticed that since I'm layering a few products it IS very important to let each product "dry" before applying the next. For the daytime I use Ole Henriksen's truth serum first, wait about a min or so until it has settled in, then I use the sheer transformation moisturizer. Again I allow a minuite or so for that to settle and absorb. Then I use the stay don't stray, and really a LITTLE bit goes a long way with this one. One full pump is really too much for my eyelids and undereye. I apply a very small amount, just enough to cover the area and let that try 30-45 seconds probably. THEN I use my concealer. If it's a casual day I follow with just a little powder, but if I'm dressing up at all I use foundation followed by powder. I've never had a problem with a cakey eye. But I can see how if you don't let each step settle and dry before applying the next, you could end up with a problem. Also if you use too much of this product, because you just need enough to lightly cover the area.

I use Skin Ceuticals eye gel under my eyes and it can sometimes be a little heavy under my eyes if I add this concealer. I believe its the vit C that keeps it a bit tacky and therefor making my coverage cakey. I don't use this product under my eyes anymore for that reason. I do also add StriVectin-SD under my eyes after the vit c, about 3 min apart and then my concealer. I find that this product works best on the upper lid and not the best for hiding those pesky dark circles.

I think you are using too many products. Try using Stay Don't Stray as your concealer. If you layer too many products you will get the caked-on look. Good luck!!

Sounds like a lot of product. But I am not familiar with what you use first. I would maybe cut out the first step and see how it act with your concealer on top of it. I use a small amount and make sure i spread it out evenly. I let it absorb them use the Amazing Cosmetic Concealer and it covers great on top of this. You might could give that a try. :)
