No this is more like a traditional mascara but a FABULOUS one! It is not the same formula as Lash Injection and does not have the same tubes. It isn't waterproof so it comes off easier. It is VERY lengthening and thickening, I absolutely LOVE it! And how cool is the built in mirror and light? Genius!

A lot of comments about the light (which I could care less about)- I want to know how the formula is!

The formula is FABULOUS! It isn't waterproof like Lash Injection, nor is it waterproof but you get nearly the same effect. It's extremely lengthening as well as thickening. If you try it you'll be hooked...I LOVE it! Plus the convenience of the built in light and mirror...GENIUS!

It's not waterproof but it is smudge proof. I've slept in it several times and it still doesn't smudge. It's my new favorite...You'll LOVE it I promise!

Can it be worn with contacts and what is it like to wash off at the end of the day?

Some mascara (or other eye or foundation make-up) is very unfriendly to contact lenses (leaving smudges on lenses that are nearly impossible to remove with solution). Also, some mascara leaves a very nasty black smudge under the eye when trying to wash up at night - no matter what eye cleanser one uses (and if you wear contacts you are limited by the eye cleaners due to them getting on lenses).

Yes I would say it can be worn with contacts because it doesn't smudge. It's also very easily removed with water because it isn't waterproof like Lash Injection. It's definately my new favorite. You will LOVE it!
