Thought-provoking question. I've used this product for over a year and have always considered it odorless. I just took a sniff and had my husband do the same. Although the product is not "odorless," neither of us thought it had that heavy, medicinal odor. If you are terribly sensitive to it, you might want to smell it before you buy it. Otherwise, I think you'll be safe.

I have kp on my arms and this and the body moisterizer/ bodywash have made it unnoticable. I can't believe the results. I use it after the shower on my arms and legs and it makes my skin so soft. That and it doesn't irritate my super sensitive skin. It's the best stuff I've ever used.

This product is amazing on keratosis pilaris! I have it on my upper arms and have tried everything my dermatologist prescribed including urea lotion and retin-A and nothing worked until I tried FAB Ultra Repair Cream. I use it in the morning on my arms after getting out of the shower and my red bumps have dissapeared significantly. I also love the smell. The only drawback is I wouldn't use it as an all over lotion because it is so expensive for the amount you get.

Keratosis Pilaris is a condition that results from dry skin getting caught around hair follicles. FAB's Ultra Repair Cream is perfect to hydrate dry, sticky skin cells so that they naturally release from the hair shaft, leaving arms and legs smooth and well-conditioned. Eczema can result from severely dried out skin that then becomes inflamed from over-drying. The first step on the way to repair? Our FAB Ultra Repair chock full of oatmeal, the ONLY FDA-approved ingredient for the treatment of eczema.

I have the same problem. Exfoliate with a salt or sugar scrub in the shower that also has moisturizing oils. Use the FAB Ultra Repair cream to help calm down any irritation. It is fragrance free and is very soothing.

I would suggest you be careful with their anti-redness products, as it made me more red and irritated. This Ultra Repair cream has diminished alot of my rosacea, but I use Mario Bedescu seaweed cleanser /toner and their chamomile toner and have no more redness since using that, just pink cheeks now...which is HUGE improvement.

answer 2
We suggest using the Anti-Redness Serum for rosacea. The serum contains caffeine to immediately assist with vasoconstriction and ginger to soothe. It also contains an antioxidant blend that works over weeks to heal strained collagen and prevent future redness. If you experience redness, it is essential that your entire skincare regimen be as gentle as possible and free of irritating ingredients. Redness caused by rosacea is a medical condition that may require in-office treatment by a dermatologist.

Honestly, it depends. If you lean more towards the dry side I'd opt for this one, but if you tend to be more oily then go for the cream...it's actually a lighter-weight texture. Both are excellent for rosacea though!

According to the description, it works well on all kinds of skin ailments including psoriasis, eczema, and dermatitis. I would think that it would also indeed help rosacea. I don't suffer from rosacea, but my skin has gotten really red from being in the sun so much this summer, and this has worked wonders at calming my skin and soothing irritation. it is by far the best face moisturizer i've ever used; I also use it on my legs when they get really dry from sun exposure. The good thing about Sephora is you can buy the product, and if you aren't happy with it, return it for free. You can also call 877-SEPHORA and speak to a beauty advisor who can give you a definite answer about whether or not this is the right product for you. Hope this helps!!

I have sensitive skin and use this on my face if I have an allergic reaction to other products. I first used this when we went to Disney World and had a mild break out from the water, sun or suncreen... I applied it at night and my skin looked great the next morning. It might not be your go to night cream but, if you want to change to a lighter cream in the summer this would be a nice option.

It works on both face and body pretty well because the ingredients it uses are for sensitive skin so it's safe for the face. The ingredients are also soothing but works well to heal the tougher areas of the body. I used it on my face, neck, and chest to combat the severely drying, scaly effects of contact dermatitist.

It is unscented because fragrance creams can cause irritation on the skin especially if you have dry skin. It has a scent that almost smells like vapour rub but it's not that bad.

I'm on my second pot of this cream. I'm using it pretty liberally twice a day and haven't noticed any increase in blackheads. I have lots of pores (and old acne scars) and fight blackheads all the time. I'm having great success with that by using a Clairsonic twice a day (with FAB cleanser). I used to use harsh products that just ground my skin down and left the blackheads. After a year of using Clairsonic I've seen about 80% of them go and the texture of my skin is better.

The lotion doesn't state it is non-comedogenic, try splashing your face with cold water and patting dry immediately before applying this moisturizer. This will close your pores and might help avoid them getting clogged.

I have been using Skinceuticals and have been satisfied with the results but not crazy about the cost. What would be comparable.
I am 62 years "young" and want to take care of my skin since I neglected in the past. Baked in the sun when I was young and actually until I was in my 50s.

I did the same drill sister, now I have skin cancer. You are wise to completely stay out of the sun, how many times did we hear that? I suggest you use something more geared towards moisturizer and sun damage. Philosophy miracles is just that more pricey however!

This is a FANTASTIC value for the cost. It is $28 and you get a HUGE tub of product. I could see it easily lasting 6 months. I am 28 and a sun worshipper, and this has done wonders at calming the sun damage on my face. Almost every summer I peel on my face, and this has prevented that. I also use it on my legs when they are really dry from being in the sun. I am not familiar with the Skinceuticals product, but I know that this is by far the best product I've come across for moisture and also for sun damage.

I spend way too much on skin care. I think this cream is definitely worth the price. It has ingredients that you just won't get in cheaper brands. I'm 64 and I really have tried everything. I will buy this again and substitute it for more expensive brands. Also, I'd give essential oils a try. I love them, too. Declor is good. Sephora offers some great oils. Just snoop around. Best

I have used skinsceuticals in the past. Its great stuff but it tends to be self-limiting if you've used it for a long time. My two favorite regimens I've tried recently -- the 'Un-wrinkle' kit by Peter Thomas Roth. It can be just as 'pricey' but it lasts a very long time -- much longer. The other products I have tried lately and truly love are the Dr. Perricone amine complex night and day (and eye) treatment... FABULOUS stuff and lasts a long time -- lots of product for the price
