This Urban Decay palette is better than the Sephora palette. The Sephora colors are no where near as vibrant or pigmented.

I would say that it is pretty waterproof, I love it but I have a hard time getting it all the way off since I have eyelash extensions and can't really rub my eyes or use most eye makeup removers. If you don't touch it I'm sure it would stay on without smudging even while swimming. great products!
