You may just be allergic to one of the ingredients. This is the list:

Common allergens are Lemonene and Benzyl Benzoate. I suggest to stop using this product.

You may be allergic to an ingredient within the product. This product is not a lip plumper, so it will not cause a tingle to most people.
If it continues to tingle your lips I'd discontinue use and investigate the ingredients.

When I first tried Stila lip glazes, I had the same exact problem, but after trying it a few more times the problem went away. Also I find it helps me to apply a light coat of lip balm before I apply the lipglaze

No, this gloss does not have a tingling feeling when applied. Although it does make my lips feel a liitle numb after applying.
