Will it work as a concealer primer/base?
I was browsing under "primers" and this came up, it looks like a quality product, I'm quite happy with the concealer I currently use (more of a creamy texture), but it tends to rub off during the day and I'm all about layering my skin products. I'm hoping that this would be just the thing to cover up dark circles while helping my thicker concealer to stick around?

This concealer lasts all day, flawlessly. I love it. During the summer months, I use it alone to brighten my eye area, upper lip and cheekbones without foundation or powder. During the winter months, I use it under foundation and it's fabulous so I don't see why you couldn't use it to help give your current concealer more staying power. Who knows, you may start using this instead of your current one. Hope this helps you.

This is an amazing concealer, but it's NOT a primer of any kind. If you want your eyeshadow to last, go for Urban Decay Primer Potion, the best primer in the world. Use the concealer on your eyelids, and then the primer. Your eyeshadow will last forever, really.

I absoulutly love this concealer but it's not a "heavy duty" concealer. I have found that trying to apply anything on top of this just takes away from how it's meant to look. It causes it to look a bit separated. I'm not sure if that's the concealer on top or them mixing together but it def doesn't even work with putting my foundation on top of it. I would suggest using it alone with powder applied over or using something different. You def have to set it with something or it will crease and come off. If you have severe dark circles, MUFE makes a wonderful concealer. I was actually going to purchase it but my skin is just a bit too dry underneath for it and I prefer a more natural look. The Diorskin Nude won out when it came to over all application and the more natural look.
