This will go on after the Total Vitamin Serum. The Total Vitamin is very liquidy in consistency. Just remember thin to thick. Total Vitamin, Hydrakate, then moisturizer. Also remember Total Vitamin only in the AM, it is not necessary at night, it contains antioxidants to fight off free radicals you will encounter during the day.

how long do results take to show and how long do they last?

i can't tell if this is a temporary fine line and wrinkle filler (a few hours) or a more permanent product that reduces fine lines and wrinkles over time (a few weeks or months)

This is both, temporary and long term, it has an ingredient called Leuphasyl, which is your quick fix, then it also has the peptides and such which work long term. Please not in order to see results with peptides they need to be applied at least three months, so stuck with it, three months at least. So yes, quick fix, and long term! Not JUST a temporary wrinkle filler by any means....

Good for a thirty something?

I have minimal wrinkles around my mouth only. Would this be a good product to prevent any new ones from forming, or should I just stick with the vitamin serum?

Yes, this can be a wonderful preventative, but its also wonderful for targeting problem areas, this spot treatment for acne, but for lines! Just use it where you need it and where you do not want wrinkles ie forehead.... This is wonderful as well paired with the Total Vitamin Serum, the vitamin serum will just be applied first, since it is thinner.
