I can't answer your question specifically, but I use these while using the Crest 3d toothpaste and mouthwash and the combination does whiten my teeth. I haven't used them by themselves, but I've never had my teeth professionally whitened or used the strips. I quit smoking about four months ago. I hope this helps!

I would say yes. When I first used this product years ago, I did not have any prior whitening done. And when I went to the dentist to have a crown replaced, the dentist was surprised that he had to use a much ighter crown to match the rest of my teeth. The only downside is that it does not whiten crowns.

I have used them for that very reason and they have definitely brightened my teeth. I typically pop them, apply, and let it rest on the surface for 5 minutes before I stop 'smiling' and close my mouth to let my gums hit them. I wouldn't consider my teeth to be badly stained before, but these definitely brightened them up quite a bit. This is the first an only GoSmile product I have used and they work well
