The foundation brush is OKAY. Right after you wash it, the bristles stiff and separate which is kind of annoying.

The foundation brush is of pretty good quality. It works well with my tinted moisturizer and it hasnt been shedding. Can't beat the price!

Are there only supposed to be instructions for the foundation brush?

My brush set only includes (pasted on the left, under the mirror) the step-by-step directions for "step one," with the foundation brush. Am I missing something obvious? are there supposed to be instructions for the other two brushes?

There are instructions for all of the brushes. Only the foundation one shows when you first open the box, but that paper peels/folds up from the cover and the others are underneath.

Generally, made in China brushes are synthetic (cheaper that way) and when a brush isn't synthetic the manufacture is proud and labels it real bristles. I would have to say synthetic.

i believe the items are non-animal hair. i have rosacea and they have not caused any reactions like some of my older brushes that were sable.

I just got the presents for my daughter in law and loved that the packing box said "Sephora " .. I want to order a gift to be sent to my daughter and I'd like the box to make a first impression... the gift is an selection of make up brushes...does the sizr of the package matter..?? Thanks hurry!!

i have purchase MANY brushes over the years and i will say that the foundation and powder brushes are fabulous. i was not crazy about the eye brush - a little too small for my lids. the size of these brushes is perfect. i got so tired of the super long handles - these i can put inside my travel bag.

What products do each of the three brushes correspond to individually?

I am interested in buying the #47 Sephora Collection brush for foundation and concealer. The brush to the far left (the foundation brush) looks the same, but it doesn't have the item number or anything listed. The item description says it's 40% cheaper than buying each brush individually, but I want to know what each individual brush is.

The foundation brush seems completely the same as the #47 brush. I'm not sure about the others corresponding directly, but the eye brush is double-ended (which is basically a 4th brush!), and the powder brush is pretty broad (definitely not same as the Complexion brush, which has a more shaped tip).

when you show them the kit, they can tell you which one is which since they sell it also individually...i used the powder concealer & this brush on the far left really do the work coz its stift, it hits the right spot but I never tried it w/ foundation.
