It appears to be vegan, the clear is water based the red is mineral oil based according to the tube the vial comes in, also viewing other sites it also has argan , avocado, and olive oils as well as vitamin E

"Cruelty-free" does not mean "vegan". If the ingredients list carmine as a possible ingredient (as the above answer stated), then it is not vegan. Carmine is Red 4 which is made from crushed bugs. I couldn't find the ingredients list even on the DuWop website, but to be safe I would stay away from this if you are vegan.

If you look at the bottom of the DuWop website, there is a little bunny face that says "cruelty free" under it, so I would assume that it is vegan.

im almost 100% sure its vegan. The ingredients list on the twilight and regular lip venoms are almost all plant extracts and they FOR SURE are NOT tested on animals. yay!

From what I know is that Duwop does not test on animals at all. I hope this helps
