I use it as a moisturizer under a primer with my makeup. I find that is really all I need for during the day.

This is a daily moisturizer. You can use it in conjunction with a serum and/or an eye cream as well, if you need or want to use those. Typically, beauty products should be applied in the following order: cleanse/exfoliate, toner, serum, eye cream, and moisturizer (in this case, Clarins Multi-Active Jour).

This is daily moisturizer, and it's available in version with SPF.
Even if some women use it for the night - I strongly recomend Multi-Active night cream, for it has ingridients which relax the skin so in the morning you look like a baby :-)

I use this as a night cream, even though it's marketed for day time. My skin gets a little shiny during the day in the summer heat, and I need an SPF every day, so this works better as a night cream for me. If I skip a night, I can tell the difference immediately!

My skin can be sensitive and that was my concern too, I've had it for about 3 weeks, so far my skin looks better than ever, great for the cold weather months.

It is a very good cream and does not cause breakouts. Use sparingly though. You don't need a lot.

I have oily skin mostly (especially in T zone) and I use this and it's my go to product because I don't break out while using this while keeping my skin hydrated. Highly recommend it!

I'm prone to breakouts as well. The cream hasn't caused any problems for me. Although it is a rich cream, a little goes a long way and it absorbs quickly.
