Uses for the brow powder?

Can you use the brow powder shade like a regular eyeshadow? I bought the palette thinking it was a second matte shade. The ingredients don't seem that different except for one thing, and I'm concerned it might be an irritant on the lid. Google has failed me on this!

I've used it as a shadow several times, love it. No irritation thus far and it looks great under the silvery shade (next to the white shimmer shadow).

does this kit have a greenish/khaki tinge to it? it looks like it on my computer (i have three monitors) and my local stores don't have this kit! The two shadow mid colors look greenish. help!

The colors aren't so much greenish or khaki. The middle one on the left has a bit of a gold/bronze shimmer and the one on the right has a platinum shimmer. They aren't overly shimmery but they're definitely not matte (the first one on the left is).
