I think I'd go with the Nectar shade. I just bought and I love it. I have lighter complexion too and it really brightens things up. It's a peachy-pink so I think both "warm" and "cool" complexions could get away with it but I think it's more of "warmer" tone.

I think all of these shades are flattering; I am fair, too, and can make all of them work. Petal gives me a healthy, pink flush; use Nectar for a more peachy / golden sheen. Blossom is darker, but still very wearable. I would recommend going to the store and asking a Sephora associate to try them on you for a recommendation. I love these; they're definitely worth their price.
