Question
Have they stopped making Air Pods?
It seems like slowly every week more and more Air Pods are disappearing off the shelf and not being replaced. I am now using a color 2x too dark for my skin because they no longer have beige - in store and online.
When I sent an email asking what was happening, I was told to come in for a makeover so I could find different makeup "in the meantime". I don't WANT different makeup! I spent $200 on my machine and I would like to buy the pods for it. They should be refunding our money for the Temptu machine if they're not going to carry the product anymore!

Is sephora (online) planning on fixing the problem with out of stock temptu foundation pods?
I was about to order the temptu system when I discovered that ALL of the foundation pods were out of stock. Is this an issue that is going to be resolved in the near future? I don't live near a sephora and will have to order all of the temptu products I purchase online. Thanks for your help!

Go to the Temptu website and go under stores where to find their products and you will see that it very clearly states that as of 2012 - Sephora will not be carrying their products anymore - that is why they are out!

I too have found their "out of stock" issue to be quite frustrating. I spoke to a woman at Sephora and she thinks it is because they are reformulating their foundation. I was able to purchase my air pods directly off Temptu's website. It isn't as convenient as going into Sephora, but I found that as far as makeup goes, I can't live without my Temptu!

I have been looking an can't find the pods either.
I have emailed the company twice with no response for two weeks.
I just wrote a review about it today but don't know if it posted yet.....
If I find them anywhere else online I will let you know!

When will the temptu pods be back in stock?
This is ridiculous- it has been months....the product is not usable without refills and there has been no effort to update as to when we can expect to buy refills- please advise, otherwise, the temptu is useless.

I was getting really frustrated as well because the color I use was "discontinued" and I was running out. I went to the actual Temptu.com website and was able to find my foundation and bronzer (which was also gone from the Sephora website) and purchase it right away. No hassels whatsoever. Definitely check out Temptu.com and you'll be able to find it.
It's just disappointing not to be able to purchase it through Sephora. I obviously have customer loyalty towards Sephora and love receiving the points.

What happened to Warm Ivory?
I went in the store today to buy my makeup and they didn't have it and now I'm here online and it's the only color you don't have??? What gives. I'm almost out and I really don't want to experiment with another color at $50 expense when I know Warm Ivory works for me.

Visited Sephora in International Plaza (Tampa) - they had none in stock. I expected to just order it online and it's not here (or anywhere else). What's going on?

I think it's pretty clear Sephora will no longer be carrying Temptu in the future. They have been out of stock for close to a month now, yet if you go to temptu's direct website, you can order any shade and it ships for free. I just ordered mine so we will see if it becomes backordered but according to the website it is in stock.

You can get them from Temptu's site, 004 looks like it's in stock there. I don't know what's up with Sephora not having any.

It kind of looks like Sephora may stop carrying this system soon (although I haven't seen anything official) which would be sad, because I love mine. However, if you poke around, almost all the foundation, blush, and highlighter colors are out of stock. So they're either having a major supply chain problem, or phasing them out.
Fortunately, all colors of foundation and highlighters appear to be still available at the same prices on temptu's website. Google for the URL (I can't post it here per Sephora's policies).

I feel if they make consumers wait this long for a product they should have the option to return the whole thing. This is ridiculous that we should have to wait this long to get the right shade color.
