I'd guess maybe one shade up from 120 whatever that is. I am MUFE HD 110 or m@c nw15 and the shade 120 in this product was perfect! Hope this helps you!

If you are Asian, you're in luck because every pale shade Illamasqua makes is extremely yellow based. My guess for you would be 140.

This Rich Liquid Foundation along with the Light Liquid Foundation, Powder Foundation, Under Eye Concealer & Face Concealer does not cause my ultra-pale, dry, acne prone, sensitive skin to breakout even under HOT Studio Television Lights for more than two hours at a time or with regular daily wear. These particular Illamasqua products I just listed have No Mineral Oil or Petroleum or Wax so they don't have a tendency to clog your pores which is what can cause some cosmetic sensitive breakouts. You can "sheer out" these particular Products with a Primer or Spray for a lighter coverage if desired. Also consider using the Illamasqua Loose Powder or Powder Foundation, even the lightest dusting over the face can truly make a lasting airbrushed finish to the skin and they have No Mineral Oil… although the Illamasqua Pressed Compact Face Powder and Cream Foundation does, keeping in mind obviously that not everyone is so sensitive to these particular ingredients. Sephora & Illamasqua are both GREAT for always listing the products ingredients which really helps to purchase the correct product “for you” and cuts down on the amount of “returns”… although we are pleased about their return policy if it just doesn’t seem to work out…hope this helps!
