I have found it to be moisterizing. I only use it at night-no experience w/daytime use.

I honestly haven't noticed much moisturizing from this product. For $85, I was expecting wonderful results, but I'm not seeing that - and I'm usually easy-to-please!

Sure does but you can use an eye cream over it if you think it's too light. I only use it during the day-I use the RP3 eye at night.

Yes time arrest eye serum contains Heliofeel, a natural emulsifier that helps reduce trans-epidermal water loss; softening the skin around the eyes. It also contains Vitamin E and hyaluronic acid. These ingredients are hydrating but lightweight in texture. If you tend to be very dry and prone to wrinkles around the eyes, you may want to follow with a regular hydrating eye cream if time arrest eye serum does not provide the sufficient amount of hydration for your skin's needs since it is primarily designed for restructuring the eye area skin to firm lift and tighten.

I don't know what the packaging was, but I suspect it hasn't changed. It has a "funky" pump that is a little hard to control the amount dispensed. Also, you can't see how much product remains in the container, which is a personal irritation because you don't know when you need to purchase more product before you're basically out. It seems many of the manufacturers could put more emphasis on function than appearance and save money on packaging in the process.

I don't know if there have been changes made in the packaging, but I've been using this product for 3 weeks and have had no trouble with the pump as others have, at all.

answer 3
I like the dispenser and don't find it hard to use at all. The pump action dispenses just the right amount of eye cream for one application to both eyes and keeps the unused cream uncontaminated.

I didn't find the product hard to use, the packaging is awkward though and slightly over-packaged. Maybe to appear larger?

Still high-tech, costly packaging for a minimal amount of product. I haven't had an issue with controlling how much comes out of the pump. My problem is that what comes out isn't doing its job!! Save your hard-earned money.

We have replaced the pump on all of the time arrest products as of June this year, so they should now be available at your local Sephora.

Still the same. Pump some into a small sample container (from Sephora) and then you can just dab what you need.

Due to customer requests, we are in the final stages of manufacturing with a new pump for the time arrest eye serum. The new packaging should be arriving at your stores within the next 6-8 weeks. Thank you for your patience!

Nope, the container is still horrible. Product is very good though. I won't buy it in again if the packaging isn't changed.

Using with Crease Release
Can this product be used in conjunction with Crease Release by Dr. Brandt? If so, which should be applied first?

According to Dr. B's skin care consultant, it can be used with Crease Release. The CR has a minty, tingly sensation however, and some have complained about that around the eye. I received a sample of CR from Sephora and have used it around the eye. No difference but I did see a difference in the "11s" and light forhead lines. I don't think it works on deeper wrinkles.

answer 2
Yes...for even more skin smoothing benefits, apply crease release first, allow to dry and then follow with time arrest eye serum.
