I think this product could be used by anyone of any ethnicity. I use it on my hair extentions as well as my relaxed hair. My hair extentions are remy human hair extensions which are curly/wavy but not coarse in anyway. This product adds shine but does not weigh hair down. It will keep hair moisturized throught the day but not greasy looking, and it wont dry up and leave hair feeling coarse later on, like so may products that are meant to moisturize hair do. It definitely does what it says and is worth every penny...I hope this helps. ciao!

its good for anyone with dry hair. just use a little you can always add more. Its great for all types of hair doesnt matter your ethnic background. But it may weigh down thin straight hair. hope that helps

The product claims to be for all hair types, but I think it may be geared towards ethnic hair. I have fine hair, but a lot of it and it tends to be dry / damaged. The oil actually worked for me, just don't apply to roots!

I wouldn't use it on fine hair of any ethnicity. Works best on thick or chemically treated hair. Even then too much will weigh hair down.

I've seen the creator, Lisa, on HSN several times, and she demonstrated on all hair types. She has formulated products for natural hair, color-treated hair, relaxed hair, etc. Anyone can find products in this brand that would be good for their hair.

This not necessairly an ethnic line. There are so many products in this line to use for many types of hair. This is great for someone with overprocessed hair as a treat or blow drying aid. Take a look at some of the many body products. They are INCREDIBLE and the fragrance is unbelieveable.

Yes you can use it no matter your ethinic background. I am caucasion and I had fantastic results. I gave myself an at home "spa night" so to speak and I actually went to bed with the oil in my hair. I washed it out the next day and it was FABULOUS! My hair was soft, shiney, and the scent lingered for 2 days.

It will make it less frizzy but you have to be so careful not to use to much or it will be a mess. i have long thick hair and only can use a pinch like 1/2 teaspoon

I dont know if its used for a preblow out. I used it bc my scalp was too dry and my ends were dry as well. Its says to use on hair after its been dry and just rub it in your scalp and hair. Or you can use it as a hot oil in the shower.

air dry is always better for curly hair when it comes frizz IF you plan to wear it curly. If you plan on straightening your hair. ALWAYS blow dry it straight. Put a coin drop of the oil into your hair while damp. After hair is dry flat iron it piece by piece.

I wouldn't use it, if you plan to put heat on your hair.
I wouldn't use it if you let it naturally dry too. Both ways made my hair smell like it was burnt.

I apply it to wet hair before blowdrying. A small amount is needed and it actually makes my (very frizzy) hair not frizzy. Because it is an oil it tends to be a little greasy though - don't use too much! Might weigh your hair down a bit.

You can use it as a blow drying aid. A little goes a very long way. If you have curly hair and want to air dry with some control you will like the oil. For curly hair that you want to dry naturally, I suggest the hair milk.

This made my hair a little oily by itself for after shower use, so I mix it with hair smoothie and also I took some and added it to a spray bottle filled with water as a revitalizer for mornings when I don't feel like washing my hair and don'y need to fully wet it.

Yes it will, but not a lot. I have wavy, normal hair and I always wanted to grow my hair out as well. Hair growth was not the main focus of this product, but it has played a role in my hair growth. Bottom line is it will help, but the product is aiming towards softer silkier hair.

I do not think it's intended to make your hair longer or thicker. It makes it healthier by adding moisture. If your scalp is healthy, your hair will be stronger and less prone to breakage. Thereby making it easier for you to grow your hair longer.

Yes, some people over moisturize their hair with hair 'creams' , hair 'oils' or hair 'grease'. For great hair growth: wash your hair regularly with a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner (i use CD's Monoi line), deep condition to give your scalp must needed moisture. if you deep condition regularly you really don't need to add oil. but if you feel you do this product is light enough to add moisture with out clogging the pores of your scalp.
