Question
Does this only help with blackheads?
I don't have very much trouble with blackheads, but I have a lot of congestion in the chin area. Some of it is whiteheads, but some of it is these strange bumps which do not appear to be pimples but contain a hard puss if i attempt to extract it. However I know that squeezing and picking at my face is the worst thing I can do, so I was wondering if this product would help clear up my problem?

I have similar problems as you have described and I found it did nothing for me. I ended up returning it. You could always try it and if it dosn't work for you either its easy to take back.

I'm having the same issue as you, i went to the store looking for the product and the counter lady recommend it. I'm still testing the product to see if it works what i can say so far is that it does work if the pimple is extracted and after cleaning it put this product on; it will dry it. next day i have a little brown thing that with a gentle scrub falls out and i look like i didn have it. But in my chin since my pimples are inside the skin seems does not work much. at the moment i have one that i have being treating with this but i feel has made it bigger because is inside the skin blow it and those not have like an open pore to let the thing out. Still early to really give a complete answer but in a week i will put the final coment. STILL IN TESTING

I get pimples in general on the sides of my face and it does a great job of clearing them up as well..

Personally, I felt that this didn't help with my blackheads but it helped me more with my acne/pimples. It helped to unclog my pores to allow acne-killing oxygen into my pores to kill the bacteria and giving me a clearer complexion instantly. I think the only way to effectively removed blackheads is by using a blackhead extracting tool. There is no "serum" that would magically make them fall out of your pores. I've probably tried hundreds of products but none has ever done that.

I would give it a try and see. If it doesn't then just return it.
I swear by the "blackhead/whitehead" remover from sephora! I love this thing!! I have tried other brands, and theirs is the best. It removes those little hard things you are talking about and doesn't leave you with scars. I steam my face first then go at it with my "picker" and a magnifying mirror. You won't believe the stuff you'll find.
