If you watch the video on th Sevin Nyne website they give detailed instructions on the entire process, including the face. They reccomend spraying the face in three sections. From the front and then each side. No squinting!

I apply on my face using a Kabuki brush. That way you don't mess up your hands. And it goes on even.

I'm also a fair skinned red-head. I do tan in the sun but never super dark! This stuff is the most natural looking tan I've ever had from a bottle. People are always asking me where I've been that I got so tan! It will definitely work for fair skin.

I think it would be fine for you to use, just use it sparingly at first to see how you like it and how well it reacts to your skin type.

Use it LIGHTLY. Make sure you spray evenly and shower after it's been on for a few hours. I have very light skin and this technique worked for me.

Question
Nozzle.
Has the nozzle been fixed? I bought this last season. The three times I have tried to use after the initial experience left me half tanned before going out. I don't care if you clean the nozzle diligently. It still sucks. I love the product won't buy it again if I can't get my entire body tanned. I have heard they have but would like to be sure before dropping the money on it again.

Yes. I bought one and had to return it because of the nozzle and the next one I bought gave me no problems at all. The girl at the register told me to shake it a lot and I'd be fine, and that's been working for me.

One can for me has lasted about two weeks. I think about 10 facial applications for tan and two to three for my body from one can. I bought a few more on my last visit to Sephora. I exfoliate before applying to my skin so it lasts longer, I would say each application can last up to a few days or even a week.

I've applied one app and it seems like theres enough for maybe 2-3 more apps. But I think I used a little too much because I was nervous about missing places. I'd say it's def worth the purchase though!

It actually looks just like the "old" one. My daughter bought it, too, on my recommendation, last year, and it didn't work for her. I told several of my friends about it, because I really liked the look but the ability to use it is very limited.

On the Sevin Nyne website, it showed them spraying it on the face. I would just be careful if I were you, since the stuff streaked the heck out of my legs. I'm too worried to put it on my face.

yes- close your eyes, don't squint, pull your hair back use even strokes let dry before you move your face muscles. OR you can spray it on your hands and wipe it on then wash your hands.

5 hours! How are you supposed to get anything done without dressing for 5 hours? You can basically get dressed in loose-fitting clothing about 10-15 minutes after (to be on the safe side). Although once it feels dry you can dress - just avoid tight fitting clothing.

This is a self tanner with a color indicator that gives you an instant bronze color without shine or shimmer mimicking a natural looking tan. The tan will develop over the next 4-6 hours time. If you let the indicator dry completely you can wear clothing over it and go out without the product rubbing off on clothing i wore white shorts 30min after application with no damage to the clothing. The indicator does wash off and the product dries quickly during application. be ready to rub it in fast and wear gloves or wash hands constantly the color absorbs quickly. IT SMELLS SOO GOOD.

It is a sunless tanner with a tint to help ensure even distribution on the skin... but the nice thing about it is that you can put it on light to put a glow on your skin or heavier for a deep bronze.

i have used both sevin nyne gives a great natural dark tan. but the nozzel gets clogged .the product makes such a big mess half of what ur spraying ends up every where else except your skin. if they creat a nossle that would spray from any angle application would be much more effective. if your gonna use it do it in the shower but dont get ur skin wet cause it will streak and ur gonna need a mirror to spray it on your body or someone else to apply it. I also found when yur done use your blow dryer on cool to dry your skin so you dont touch your self and streak your tan. clarins is fool proof you dont get streaks or a mess to clean up after it does smell as good a sevin nyne but is just so much more user fiendly product.
