Is this a moisturizer or is it for on top of a moisturizer? Could it be used as a moisturizer even if it isn't made for that?

Yes, it is hydrating. I'd call it a medium-weight moisturizer. If your skin is very dehydrated, you might need something heavier, but if your skin is normal to oily, this will feel substantial enough.

This has little fragrance. The smell is sorta like a clean smell too, I don't think it smells that much like sunscreen.

Is the protection UVA & UVB?
I know it has an spf of 35, but want to know if it means both UVA & UVB.
I'm thinking not, because most brands will specify if they protect against both rays, but still curious because I'm looking for a good sunscreen.
