answer 1
I'm a Licensed Esthetician. The answer is, No, not typically. -- I personally would not use this type of oil on my face. Over time, the perfume will irritate the delicate facial tissues. You can use it anywhere but the face. However, if you use it on your decollete, chest or upper back, be sure to cleanse the skin after using this, you can easily start to irritate those delicate tissues as well. Some people can get away with using this type of oil with a perfume on the face, however, it is very rare (3% of people). If you do use it on your face and you notice any problems developing, discontinue using this on your face. A good thing about this product is that it does contain a SPF of 8; However, that's not good enough for the face anyway.

answer 2
If you have sensitive or oily skin, I would not advise using this on your face, as it seems too oily and would probably lead to a breakout.
