Looks unnatural on pink skin / undertones. May look great with darker or tan skin or yellow undertones. Orangy - with sparkle. Loved texture. Had to return.

The swatch on the website is how it shows up on your skin though it looks dark in the container (almost like a dark orange). When you swatch this onto clean cotton it looks slightly blue based reddish coral. When you apply to your skin it is a very light coral with ever so slight shimmer you won't even note a shimmer. I have a Laura Geller Color (Bora Bora) that looks very pink in the container yet swatches almost the same color next to the Laura Mercier Orange Blossom with slightly less red and applies almost identical but has much more shine. If you are fair skin looking for a pink coral color and have a fair skin tone, this color may work well for you especially if you tend to get into the summer months. If you have medium to dark skin, it will barely show up so I would suggest Lush Necatarine or a much darker swatch to get the same coral effect.

Orange Blossom is more of an apricot with a slight pink shade.

I use Melba as well! But, I find Melba to last longer than this blush. I use Rose bloom (it's really similar to Melba though). The blush goes on nicely. But disappears after 2 hours max for me. It's quite a hassle to reapply throughout the day for me.

Seems we have similar coloring...I used to be an avid MAC user, but recently switched to Bare Minerals. They make some really great blushes, but for a summer glow on my cheeks I use Warmth and/or Bare Radience from the Bare Minerals collection. My skin feels great and this makeup applies much better than MAC ever did for me! Hope that helps :)

I would DEFINITELY recommend Lotus Pink, I am usually pretty fair skinned but recently got some sun and the blush looks great on tan skin, it's a really pretty shade.

I would check out the Laura Mercier second skin in Lotus Pink as a powder blush or the Laura Mercier cream blush in praline. I too am very fair with brown eyes (Irish Italian) and find these 2 are best for me.

Orange Blossom has very subtle shimmer.

Try Lush Necarine

Definitely go with Rose Bloom, our colors are the same dark hair, dark brown eyes and tan skin with the same undertones... Try it... if you dont like it you can always return it... but I highly doubt you will... And also remember a little goes a long way.... Hope this helps!!

I have similar coloring and love lotus bloom. It's pretty pink and looks good, not too coral at all.

Lotus Pink... I'm olive with green-hazel eyes and it's wonderful both over a tan (I get REALLY dark!) or when I'm winter pale (REALLY pale)
