Questions & Answers for AmorePacific Moisture Bound Intensive Vitalizing Eye Complex

Will this product irritate sensitive skin?
I have very sensitive skin around my eyes. I have used Clinique Moisture Surge in the past, but during winter months even this burns the delicate skin around my eye and doesn't reduce puffiness. I have puffiness and dark circles and need a product to help with that, but that does not burn or irritate my skin as well. Is this the product I am searching for? Thanks for your help.

Yes try this! I've had reactions to most eye creams...especially those cooling roll-ons. Clinique, Bobbi Brown, DDF, Murad, Philosophy, Ole, tried most and all caused reactions. This is just soothing and different. I'm on my 3rd bottle...they last forever.

Absolutely! I also had the same issue as you with the very same product. Thanks to Amore Pacific Moisture Bound Intensive Vitalizing Eye Complex I no longer have that issue. I have had very sensitive skin my entire life, and I have zero issues with Amore Pacific.

You should take a look at Caudalie Premier The Eye Cream if you have sensitive skin and dark under eye circles. Also, it is not a paraben-free product and that is something which gives a red flag! The natural ingredients make the product gentler on the thin skin around the eyes.

I tend to get dry around my eyes in the winter and this product worked wonders in just a couple of days! I only had a sample of it and love it!

Moisture Surge is not meant for use in the eye area.

It doesn't burn/sting the eyes. I don't have much puffiness, just dark circles from lack of sleep and this does help make them less obvious.

Be aware that this product has a lot of perfume in it. This may cause irritation if you have sensitive eyes.

I too have sensitive eyes and no this does not irritate them. Some other eye creams can be to heavy and rich which cause my eyes to get puffy and red and even rashy but this is light and hydrating. So I would say give it a try and if you dont like it return it.

I have sensitive skin around my eyes. If I am not careful about what I put on my skin will burn and become red and irritated. This did not happen at all when I applied it. It was actually refreshing and cool. I'm not sure why this happened but it could be because it is made without sulfates, synthetic dyes, petro-chemicals, and phthalates. I'm not even completely sure what all those are but I can tell you, it made a difference.

I have really sensitive skin (including the eye area). I've used this product in the past for over 6 months, I don't think it'd irritate your eyes. However, as I've noted if you are also sensitive to the scent of products I suggest you smell it first. You can open any Amore product, they're products are all based on bamboo and green tea extracts and pretty much smell the same. Hope this helped.

You should go into the nearest Sephora and let them make some suggestions and give you samples of some of the possibilities. Then you'll be able to figure out exactly what you need. If a Sephora isn't near you. try calling Sephora at the 877 Sephora number, and a consultant should be able to help you by phone.

Hope this helps. I'm not sure this product will do what you need to do. The professional Sephora staff can better advise you.

It works beautifully on sensitive skin, but I don't think you would notice a dramatic fix around your eyes. It does what it says, but you might want to apply something more potent on top of it for extra benefits.

serum or moisturizer...
Serum, moisturizer or both? Do I need to apply a moisturizer over this or use it alone? I typically use a serum prior to moisturizer but if this acts as both, why not save some product. Any help is appreciated as the official AmorePacific site is Korean and I can't locate any contact info for the company.

Hi, I have used this product alone and it has worked really well for me. I've been using it for 5 months day and night and I still haven't ran out. It keeps my eyes moisturized all day long.

Does this moisturizer have a smell?
I like unscented moisturizers, like Clinique (anything) and Clarins red bottle line. I'm sensitive to cloying, thick moisturizer smells. I recently returned a LaMer moisturizer. Smelled "old ladyish"

It does have a scent. I actually love it and find it subtle but if you are very sensitive a trip to Sephora to request a sample might be worth it. I love this product.
