Questions & Answers for AmorePacific Treatment Cleansing Foam

Question
Will this dry me out in the winter?
I am pretty much a combo-oily person...I do tend to dry out in the winter months and am nervous that this might be overly drying. Does anyone think this is drying? Will this be a decent year-round cleanser or should I go with something more gentle?

I had the same worries so I bought the trial kit before investing in the full size products. I am over 50, still getting break outs and have dry spots but my skin feels balanced out all over after using this product line. My skin is exposed to air conditioning during the day and dry heat in the home at night but when I wake up in the morning my skin does not feel tight. The moisturizer at night, as long as I use a good serum before it, seems to work but I find I need a moisturizer under my make-up that has more oomph in it for daytime.

I have somewhat oily skin and this is perfect for me. Leaves my skin soft & smooth but not flaky. I've used this over a year now, in all sorts of climates (business travel).

This cleanser will not dry out your skin at all, leaves skin soft and supple. Cleanses makeup off without a problem. Nicely balances combination/sensitive skin types.

I do not think this will dry you out - on the contrary, I think it will be hydrating. I always feel dry after cleansing, but not as much with this cleanser. Even though it is designed for oil-prone skin, it is so hydrating. Give it a shot, I think you'll love it!

I am getting fine lines but still have a blemish now and then, so I needed something that keeps the oil in check but doesn't dry out my skin. I was really impressed with this cleanser. I follow it with the Moisture Bound Skin Energy Hydration Delivery System and I can honestly say my skin has never looked better. I think it is definitely worth a try!

This is not a drying cleanser. It just takes the impurities out of your skin, and takes your make up off. It hydrates, not dries. I've had less breakouts since I've been using it too. I have dry skin, and I love it. It is worth every penny.

I have been using this product for almost 3 weeks & I live in the Midwest. I would say I have normal to dry skin & I haven't found it to be overly dry since using this product. I use a toner & moisturize well after cleansing. So far, so good! I hope this helps!

It worked extremely well for me all summer and, so far, this winter it works as well and my skin has not dried out at all. I use the entire regimen so that, in conjunction with this cleanser, may be why it has kept my face soft an moist without breaking out.

I also have oily/combo skin and have used the entire AmorePacific line (enzyme treatment, cleanser, toner, moisturizer) year round. I've not found it to be drying in the winter and yet it still has enough oomph to keep my skin clear in the hot, humid summer.

It keeps my skin pretty balanced. I have used a lot of different products trying to find one that works. The moisturizers in this line is awesome. I have combo skin too so have trouble with other moisturizers. My skin has not broke out since I started using regularly. Good luck

I don't see why teens can use this product. It might be a bit harsh, though. Try a sample (or travel size) of the product and see how it work for you.

Save your money and use something pure and fresh. This cleanser feels like its for older mature skin.

I would absolutely let my teen use it! The moisturizer is a very light, oil free, gel and the enzyme peel does not contain those chunks of pits to resurface the skin. The gentle exfoliation is done with the enzyme and it doesn't sting and won't irritate skin that has break-outs. I wish I'd had this as a teen!

Question
Currently using Proactiv. Will this help my acne and acne scars?
I've been on and off Proactiv for more than three years now. I currently have minor break outs (if I eat poorly, monthly break outs or use the wrong products). Proactiv has kept my acne at bay, but lately, I feel as if it has stopped working. I do have loads of acne scaring so will this, the toner and moisturizer help minimize scaring and acne? Thank you.

I would try from Bliss the peeling groovy serum. It will remove the pigment quickly as well as exfoliate to eventually remove scaring
