I have been taking this for over a month and have also been working on my weight. I have been losing weight but I have also been exercising and participating in a weight loss program. I think the benefits really lie in how much of a noticeable difference you will see in your skin, not just in your face but all over. When I take these I know I will see a beautiful difference and I also feel great about what I am doing for myself.

Yes it does! You want to follow the directions and take the two packets every day. I Went from a size 16 to a size 10 within 4 months. I was expecting to have clear skin from these vitamins, which I noticed in the 1st month and which is also the reason I kept taking them. I don't have constant food cravings anymore and I feel energized and satisfied throughout the day. Also I have felt that my stress levels are more stable. You should really give these a shot. I know I can't live without them!

Question
Is it normal to feel nauseous after taking these vitamins?
I started taking these vitamins 3 days ago and I noticed that an hour or two after taking them I feel really nauseous. Is that normal? Is there anything i can do to prevent that from happening?

Do you eat before you take them? Do you take them once a day or twice? If you take them twice, I would only take them once. Then, try twice a day later on. I take them once a day after breakfast and I don't have any problems. I used to have trouble with pre-natal vitamins bothering my stomach but not these.

It is not uncommon to feel nauseated after taking certain vitamins and while it doesn't usually last very long it can be very uncomfortable and annoying. I know personally my multivitamins make me nauseated if I take them on an empty stomach, even if I take them just before my first bite of breakfast. If you're in a rush and can't have a fully balanced breakfast before taking your vitamins try to at least have a little something. I find a banana, low-fat yogurt, or even just chugging a glass of milk helps with the nausea.

Question
I wanted to know if this product causes you to lose weight?
I'm not looking to lose weight but I used to take a dietary supplement that caused me to lose a lot of weight in a short period of time which made me look too skinny. I don't want something that will make me lose weight.

Question
Will these worsen IBS and other stomach problems?
I have IBS along with some acid reflux (and I know fish oil worsens reflux), and I am worried about taking all of these pills!

Does anyone else have stomach issues and take these vitamins? Will it worsen my condition? I really want to take them!

I have IBS as well and it did not irritate it. I feel it actually helped it. Although I believe I was allergic to an ingredient in the supplements and I broke out a lot. Other than that, I felt it was a decent supplement.

They have a bit of an odor to them, but not much at all. You'd have to actually sniff them to tell.

Not sure and I would not want to advise, but Dr. Perricone has a great website and you could probably ask there. I would imagine they would be fine but I'm not a physician.

I personally wouldn't take a chance with these if I was breastfeeding. There are definitely herbs in this. Unless you can check all the herbs with a lactation consultant or talk to someone at Perricone MD, don't do it.

I noticed the same residue on mine, but I just wiped it off and took them anyway. No negative side effects so far, I think it may be used to keep the capsules from sticking together.
