There are sardines in the Omega 3 capsule, and the calcium/magnesium capsule contains milk.

There don't appear to be any other allergy warnings for the other capsules.

Would this product be healthy/O.K. for younger teenage girls such as the age 15 or 16? Would it work faster or more effective? Would it be dangerous?

Most of these substances are things we can get in our diet anyway, but many do not get enough to see a difference. It is similar to a vitamin in that way. I doubt that if the supplements had an age floor it would be listed. However, to be the safest you should email the perricone company and also talk to your (or your daughter's?) primary care provider. Both of these tactics hold true before starting any weight loss/health regimen that includes dietary supplements.

Currently I'm taking Fancl TenseupEx and Redoxon Vitamin C daily. Would like to know if i can take the Health & Weight Management Dietary Supplements too? Will it be overdose of vitamins/supplements for me?

That is a question that would be better suited to your doctor rather than people who know the product well. If you are taking any other meds for hep c these, while they may not be harmful to someone with hep c, might become dangerous if mixed with other ingredients. Have a doctor who knows you and your condition well review the supplements before purchasing.
