In my opinion, this product does a great job at keeping pores clear. It does an amazing job at exfoliating your skin....and when you keep your face clear of dead skin cells there's not much to block them.

I've noticed that right after I shower with this cleanser, my pores are open and clear. I'm not sure about the blackheads though.

It worked horribly for me. It ripped open my acne and made my face bleed. I would not use this if you have acne at all. :(

Not so much on the pores but nothing can actually shrink pores. Very noticeable difference on my blackheads. Nothing else has ever made a dent in their appearance. Since I've been using this, mine are almost, completely gone. My skin feels nice and clean, not tight after using this.

When I used this, it helped decrease it. I used a biore pore strip after using this and I noticed that I had less dirt left on my pore strip. So I would say that it helps eliminate it. This was after using Yu-Be once for the first time.

I feel that it has definitely helped clear my pores out. I have never had a problem with blackheads, but I feel like this scrub has brought a lot of 'gunk' to the surface and my skin is really clearing up.

Hi!! I have actually only tried a sample of this but I can say that it can't hurt to try it!! It is very grainy so just use it with a gentle touch!! I can see that it could definitely help unclog your pores since rice bran and walnut shell powder are good and natural and the glycerin and camphor truly leave your skin feeling refreshed and quite soothed!! Hope this helps!!

Question
Blackheads?
I know this sounds gross but I'm pretty sure I have cystic blackheads-if that is even possible. It seems like I have them everywhere. My face: especially my jaw, chin, cheeks and nose and my chest and my back. Has anybody had success with this product removing and decreasing blackheads? And also has anyone used this product with cystic acne and discoloration? Has it worked? Thanks!!!

For your face, I recommend: Philosophy Microdelivery Exfoliating Wash (daily) and Mirodelivery Peel (for once a week). I started using them a few months ago and have noticed clearer, happier skin. I prefer Yu-Be skin polish for my body, but I absolutely LOVE this product as well.

The Philosophy stuff is expensive. Good news, they are big bottles and will last you a long time. I originally picked them up as a sample pack on sale (otherwise, I probably never would have splurged for them). My skin was never awful, but this stuff was truly "skin changing" for me.

I've been using this about three weeks and my blackheads are almost completely gone. I have very sensitive skin and Proactive, Neutrogena, etc. all burn my skin. This is a great product since it's natural. Try it and I think you'll definitely see an improvement in your skin.

As someone with cystic acne, I do not believe this product is for you. I struggled for years until finding out what was causing my cystic acne, which turned out to be PCOS. Skincare products can't do everything and sometimes overtreat your skin into an irritated state. Regular oral contraceptives and a gentle, natural skincare routine (think more moisturizers, less scrubs and acids) have finally cleared up all my skincare problems after much struggling and money spent!

Yes and Yes. I too experience the same problem. I have been frustrated for so long because I've spent soooo much money on different products.
You will love this product. Def give it a try. It worked after 1 use. I cant even see my blackheads now and i've gotten amazing compliments. You will not be disapointed with the use or the price. I'm a lifer for this product.

I would recommend Microdermabrasion or a peel for that condition. I have some of the same condition and this product is just too rough for anyone's face!

I recommend using vitamin c. It is slow, but steady. Kojic acid plus vitamin c are a good combo that have worked for me.

Question
good for feet?
Would this product be good for and help dry, rough feet? Also, would this help with calluses. (SP?) My feet are in bad shape and I am wanting something to get rid of the calluses and dryness and cracking. Would this scrub combined with the cream be good for that?

I think this would be good on elbows and knees but probably wouldn't do much for thick calluses.

No this is not nearly abrasive enough to smooth feet (this is meant for your face!!), you need a pumice stone for smoothing calluses.

I don't think the Yu Be polish/scrub would be strong enough for feet or thick callouses like on the heel. Just to give you an idea of how gentle this scrub is, I have used it regularly on my (sensitive) facial skin with no issues. However, I highly recommend getting a Tweezerman callous rasp they do wonders for callouses/thick skin! The cream & a pair of socks would most likely also help, the cream is really thick and seems to have a lot of glycerine in it. I use it when my hands get dry in the wintertime before bed.
