answer 3
The bristles are the size of an average blush or powder brush, maybe a little smaller, but definitely enough to handle whatever you need. The handle is stumpy - definitely a tips-of-the-finger, controlled hold. The overall shape is a flat oval.

answer 4
The whole thing is pretty small, but it's definitely big enough to get the job done (whether you're trying to put powder all over or trying to contour with blush/shimmer/highlighter/bronzer). I love it because I can fit it in my purse and it's adorable. You get all the soft & silky brush "bristles" without all the bulk of a long blush wand. (Who needs all that anyway?) Anyway, this just makes it really easy to get blush and anything else to look exactly the way you want it to look.

No, it comes in a clear hard plastic container that is actually resealable but it is more to be a vehicle for the sale of the product than something to use to carry the brush in on a regular basis. There is no other case or cover sold with the flatbuki.

I don't see why not. But I believe it's preferable to have a Kabuki brush with a flat head and firmer bristles to get more coverage. These bristles are super soft. But for the price, if it doesn't work for mineral makeup, it's a great overall powder brush.

Washing a brush will do no harm. You can use the same foaming cleanser that you use on your face. Rinse well and press the water out. I use a hair dryer on a low setting to get the excess moisture out. I wash mine periodically, you need to do so just to keep them clean.

I have two of these brushes. I have washed one, but not the other one because I'm trying to save it. I can't tell the difference from the old one to the new one. You're supposed to wash them because most brushes have a protective layer on them when they're new.
