Questions & Answers for Dior Diorskin Nude Natural Glow Hydrating Makeup SPF 10

Question
applying tool?
Is everyone applying this foundation with fingers? I've seen some people's negative reviews because this foundation didn't work well with their brushes or sponges. Is there a foundation brush that works well with this foundation?

Yes! I use the smashbox #13 foundation brush. I find it makes my diorskin foundation go further and is great for application. Note that you can find this brush for much cheaper if you do a little *ahem* web research.

Question
Good for rosacea?~~~
I'm 50 and I've looked all my life for the perfect makeup, too! (After menopause) my skin is now fair/light with pink undertones and some rosacea...(used to be olive/tan! You "girls" will see one day!).

Anyway, I think I'm going to purchase the "Cameo", as this is supposedly for light skin with pinkish undertones....sounds like me. But the makeup color looks "pinkish". I really, really hope it isn't....because pink is the last thing pink undertoned skin needs! Also, the light skin with yellow undertones (shades) look yellow.... not right either.

I'll just hope that the online colors aren't perfect, and listen to the ladies here....Peace & Love

Rosacea is complicated by the use of makeup that contains alcohol like the Dior nude makeup.

Go to the store and get a color check. I'm almost 39 and olive w red in areas. I got the medium beige when colored checked. I can't believe how it matched my skin. I did use a little Lancome cover-up on some broken capillaries but Dior covered the redness. I'm just a nut about coverage.

i mix linen 21 and sand 31... I use the bare escentuals powder to finish, and find it really helps color set correctly... also, you might try mixing a little moisturizer with it or use a primer

Try Cameo. I bought first since the rep told me it would give my skin a "rosy glow" and look more natural then Linen. I returned it and bought linen lol because I wear bronzer and blush it was too much pink for me. But it def gave a rosy finish to my skin

I use both and find them to be fairly similar. I think the Dior is slightly more hydrating while the MUFE looks slightly more natural, though the Dior does, too. Unless you have dry skin, I think you might prefer the MUFE. Also, it comes in MANY colors, so an exact match is much more likely than with the Dior.

No, absolutely NONE at all! It is a liquid foundation, but it is primarily comprised of a moisturizing lotion mixed in with the foundation so your skin stays healthy and refreshed. Trust me, I was worried about the same thing. But, the consistency and feel of it on your face is silky and smooth, which lasts all day long. I use Dior's mattifying powder as well to set my Dior foundation, and it always looks flawless!

I've used Dior foundation for a couple years now. I haven't tried the Pure Light. I use the Forever. I love it, it provides good coverage. If you are looking for minimal coverage I'd suggest trying the Dior Nude. As far as I understand the shade that you wore in Pure Light would be the same shade you'd wear in any of Dior foundations. Hope this was some help.

Question
If I use this on a daily basis, how long does it usually last for?
I'm sort of on a budget, and I don't want to spend $45 on foundation that won't last for awhile.

The amazing thing about this foundation is that you only need one pump for your entire face!! Although it is pricey, it is worth every penny. My skin looks flawless and it actually improves the the feel of my skin. Using it daily, it should last between 3-4 months... In this case, you get what you pay for!!
