available in stores, but maybe not yet in some places. if the sephora nearest you does not have these perfumes yet, ask a sephora associate - they usually know when they'll be getting new shipments in. if your nearest sephora store has it, it should be in the women's perfume section against the wall - your store layout may be different from mine, but i found it towards the front of the store with other new fragrances =)

Depends on what you consider "strong" - if you're thinking Chanel No. 5, smell-her-before-you-see-her strong, then no. The cool thing about these perfumes is that they're very layerable - you can make them lighter or stronger depending on your preferences. You're not going to end up with an overpowering perfume "cloud" around you (which sometimes happens with spray perfumes) no matter how much you put on. I will say that it tends toward being too light - it couldn't really be too strong - so you may think it's not strong *enough,* especially if you prefer scents that other people can smell say, 3-5 ft. away from you. Try testing it out in the store if you haven't already - it will give you the best idea of how the perfume will smell on you, and if you go earlier in the day, you can see if the scent fades throughout the day =) Good luck!
