Yes! I call it "alligator skin"- and my mom had the same problem. I've been using this product since my early 30's and it's the only product I've ever used that actually helps this problem. If you don't treat it now, it'll just get worse with age. There are no magic products out there that will make wrinkles disappear, but this is one thing you can do to help your skin now and for the future.

This seriously helps with the fine lines. I just turned 30 and probably have a few more fine lines at the moment. :) After about 2 weeks of am and pm use I've noticed a nice difference. I totally think it's worth the money. Invest in your skin now and you won't be sorry later. :)

This is probably too harsh for you. Try something more emolient, like Ole Henrickson Visual Truth Eye Cream, or L'Occitaine Shea Butter Eye Balm

It is for all ages. Start using it now. Prevention.

If by "tiny bumps" you mean milia, millia need to be removed by your esthetician or a dermatologist.
This item does have both a preventative and reparative action regarding smoothing out fine lines and firming, and also helps to boost hydration, so this would be an appropriate product for your age group or anyone concerned with fine lines and firming.
