Yes! The mia is just smaller in hand held size but all the brushes are the same size and will fit the original and mia.

Question
What is the difference between the delicate and the sensitive brush heads?
Is the delicate brush head like the extra sensitive toothbrush-just that much gentler than the soft toothbrush? I have sensitive skin but I'm not sure just how sensitive in regards to these brushes.

The delicate brush head is gentler than the sensitive brush head. My skin is very sensitive and the sensitive brush head used to feel scratchy on my skin and turn my face red after use. After switching to the delicate brush head, I don't have that problem. The brush head feels soft but it also cleanses your face well.
