I've used this mascara for about year and I've never had an issue with it when I cry or when I'm at the gym, but it does come off easily with soap and water. No need for a makeup remover.

I know that Lancome as well as Trish McEvoy have the clear lash builders. I've used both, and would recommend either one. I apply one coat of the lash builder under Buxom before I use it.

Sephora does not carry a clear/colorless mascara. SOMETIMES they will carry a clear eyebrow gel which is pretty much the same thing but it comes with an eyebrow brush instead of an eyelash/mascara brush.

E.L.F. carries a clear eyebrow/eyelash mascara duo for only $2 at your local target or the elf website. That's the one I use.

I will spend a little more money on good dark mascara, but if your just wanting clear mascara, I would get it at Wal-Mart. I buy mine there and they carry several different brands. I last bought clear mascara by MAX Factor and it works good.

Diorshow Iconic comes in brown. It is a good alternative to Buxom since they only have black and blue. It works just as well.

I don't think that buxom Lash comes in a dark brown. but, if your wondering what a brown mascara is for.... I would say that it would be more for some one with vary fair skin and/or blonde or light red hair. I think it makes eyes look much softer and gives and overall softer and less intense look.

Hey I know waterproof allows you to keep the mascara on almost forever. However, did you know it also breaks down your lashes, making the brittle in the long run. The cons to me way out weigh the pros.

There is no waterproof version that I've ever seen, and BUXOM is only carried by Sephora. If you can't find it on this site, then it's not in the store and it does not (yet) exist. You may be able to find a "primer" to put on your lashes prior to putting on the mascara that will help the mascara itself be more water-resistant.

Turn blue? It is blue. A bright, beautiful blue. It can easily be used over the top of a basic black for a subtle effect, or on it's own for an artistic effect. Did you ever use that drug store blue mascara in the pink tube with a green top? Think along those lines, but grown up style.

NO. They tell you on the page that is Blue Noir and thats exactly what it is, BLUE BLACK. It is NOT electric blue or how it looks in the container, rather a very dark blue, almost navy on your lashes. Personally, I think its very nice to add a subtle je-ne-sais-quoi to your makeup.

I tried the blue one in the store. I could tell it had a blue tint but I thought it was subtle. My friend said she could definetely tell it was blue mascara. When I washed it off at night wow was it blue. I really liked it!

YSL is overpriced, overly perfumed (ouch), overrated, and not long lasting (flakes off). I much prefer BE Buxom, as it is natural, easy to remove, long lasting, and doesn't give raccoon eyes. It is more economical and gentler on your eyes. BE is much better quality and lasts all day.

it's the usual size, the brush is pretty good sized, bigger than the average, and has more close together bristles. the little trial size is easier to use, the brush itself is kind of long and takes a big of getting used to, but well worth the trial and error

im not a sephora employee so i dont actually know the answer to your question, but i dont think this product is going to disappear any time soon. its selling really well at sephora so i dont know why they would discontinue it. this product is called "exclusive" because you can only buy it at sephora, not at bare escentuals stores or other stores that carry the brand. if anything, this mascara may become available outside of sephora, but i doubt they will discontinue the product.
