cellulite reducing products are pretty much a scam. there are no ingredients in any of them that can actually reduce the amount of fat cells in your thighs OR reconstruct the inner framework of your skin that the cells build upon.
i wouldnt recomend spending so much money on a product that claims to treat something that is physically impossible to treat topically.
buy the tanning gel (which is an amazinggg product) that comes with the sample size sunscreen and body lift if you feel you must see for yourself.

Ya, it ain't cheap but, it works and frankly you get what you pay for. Other less expensive brands have caused skin irritation --- I didn't have that issue with the Clarins High Definition Body Lift. It also works more quickly they some of the other brands I have tried. I also, think it's worth the cost because better buns and thighs make you feel more confident and sexy --- you can't put a price on the near-instant self- esteem boost.

everyone has different skin and what works for one may not for another, I found fatgirl slim worked better for half the price than clarins, but I was lucky to get several samples of clarins with their tanning gel. I love their smoothing body scrub & facial exfoliant though, worth every penny.

Question
Did you do the "exercises?"
For those of you who reported success with the lotion, did you also follow the exercises in the booklet that it came with? Is this what made it successful? I found them really weird and I have not done them. I work out everyday so I think that should help.

As previously people who answered the questions mentioned drinking water, eating clean and physical activity are imperative; that said I actually do the exercises and find it has made a difference as opposed to when I don't. I have some sagging skin as well in addition to cellulite and find that doing the exercises has tightened it up -- at least for me!

You will have to use this, or ANY other cellulite cream forever, so pick one you like. This is a good choice. Drink LOTS of water and eat protein to build your muscles.

Although I really dislike this product, I love Clarins self tanning lotion which I use strategically under chin and on thighs, and legs to balance skin tones and give a better appearance to the skin. For instance, my face tans while my neck does not, and my legs never get to see enough sun either and never tan evenly either when they do. A self massage or professional massage, along with self-tanner is one thing I can personally recommend. I've also used MAC self-tanner, but think Clarins has long been the best out there. I personally think that cellulite is primarily noticed on the people with the fairest of skin tones, so that's why I recommend the tanning lotions - I just use about once a week in winter, maybe twice per week in summer.

Unfortunately there is no product out there which will remove cellulite; Only products which can minimize the appearance of these fat pockets. This is a very gentle product which after prolonged use will do just that... minimize the amount of cellulite visible.

I tried this Clarins product and it did not work for me. My thighs went back to cheesy in 4 weeks of using it after I switched from another product. It shows that more $$$ does not mean better results.

A line that I swear by is Dr. Perricone MD and he has an Omega 3 supplement that has helped my cellulite internally. Drink lots of water and take 3 of the Omega 3 gel caps per day. I also recommend green tea and use a body scrub in the shower to encourage stimulation/

you can be genetically predisposed to cellulite and no topical product in the world will make a big difference. products in a wide price range can provide smoothing & temporary firming effects, but muscle toning and moisturizing is still your best bet in the long run.

you're on the right path with exercising. add more protein and decrease your fat intake. this, by far, is the best cellulite lotion I have tried. it is important to use it twice a day & to FIRMLY massage the lotion in for a few minutes (instructions on massaging are included in the box). the massage helps the product penetrate more deeply & also manually helps break down the cellulite.

I don't see why not, it should work for both men & women. The fragrance isn't overwhelmingly feminine, but it is long lasting. You could always give it a try, and if you want, you could easily mask the scent with a cologne.

Yes. Clarins USED to make a line of heavy body firming moisturizers for use AFTER application of this cream, but I have not seen them in stores this year. You CAN use any moisturizer after application and it will help with the appearance of the problem spot as well.
