Once or twice a week only! Use after step one.

answer 2
Definately use after Step 1, but this should take the place of Step 2, since both are designed to exfoliate. Then follow with Step 3 and Turnaround Concentrate if you have it.

I use a facial cleanser w/ salicylic acid and I used this product did not irritate my skin at all. I did use clinique moisterizer (that I got as a sample) after using b/c my skin definitely felt like it needed major moisture after this mask. See my review for more details :)

I wouldn't use it everyday. Maybe 1 time a week. So use less, pay less.

the 7 day scrub is great for everyday use, however this is great as a few times a week thing. the 7 day scrub in my opinion doesn't make my skin as bright and vibrant as this scrub. i do like the 7 day scrub for my daily exfoliation though. i use both to be honest! 7 day scrub every morning before my mild soap, and this three times a week at night.

I dampened my face before using. It worked well. All the exfoliation comes when you begin rinsing it off while using circular motion.

It is a mask, not a scrub. Apply mask liberally to cleansed face, avoiding eye area. Leave on for five minutes, then rinse off.
