The medium shade's too dark for fair skin. This powder comes in fair shades, but for whatever reason Sephora doesn't sell it online. If you find the lighter shades, I'd recommend translucent, which has a similar tone to BE's Mineral Veil (original finish). It has just enough tint to avoid making you look pasty, and it leaves a very natural finish.
